Great to see the interest so far. So far route 2 is winning... but keep on sub scribing guys. The roads are fairly smooth although there are some interesting spots where suspension will come under full load while cornering.

OK Guys... after the great size of the meets we are having here in Melbourne.. i would like to put up the next TOCAU cruise. Guys Matt 78k_rolla Has posted up a cruise for AUGUST via Rolla Club so this will be later than usual in Sept, to give everyone time to prepare their partners/wives/girlfriends/parents for this one. The Date will be Sunday SEPT 26th. I want to put a few ideas up for the route... and you can let me know what you'd all prefer as an open forum.. ultimately i will decide but will be monitoring this thread.... if everyon is happy then we will go for it. OPTION 2. NooJee Pub Run Cruise Map Meet at 10:00 am for 10:30 depart to Noojee Pub for lunch. Launching Place - Noojee Road is HORN! one of my all time favourite roads to blast. this trek can be greasy at times... but lunch at Noojee Pub is just awesome... There is a nice photo op at Tarago Reservior if you want. Head home along the same route back to lilydale lake for a re group and goodbyes. details are as follows.... MEET: 10:00 AM at Lilydale lake. Lilydale Lake. Arrive quietly this is a family park, and sundays can get quite busy. DEPART: 10:30 AM!!!!!! Dwee... its an AE92. yep thats the car i am bringing if all goes to plan... this thing on a note... i just watched a video of some c0ck smoker overtaking on double lines on the GOR. Behaviour like this WILL NOT BE TOLERATED by any member of TOCAU. if i hear of anyone doing anything like this on a cruise i will BAN your account indefinately. if anyone has an issue with this i will take your arguments via PM or MSN a_man_exists@hotmail.com kthnxbai. i've just put a second set of rototrs on my corolla.. due to incorrect bedding in procedure. put too much heat through them too early and this will happen...

No, it's not imagination ! I have owned seventeen cars in my lifetime and I know what I'm talking about I've also used many company cars and government cars, like most people who's careers involve copious amounts of travel by car I am very experienced with the maintenance of motor vehicles I reiterate, My 2007 Camry Altruist 'never' shows any discoloration of the oil on the dipstick Whereas on changing the oil and filter the oil is quite black For some reason the sump oil is not mixing with the oil in the dipstick tube Anyone else experienced this with the four cylinder Camry ? sorry mate... but as it was said before... The dipstick checks the level of the oil IN THE SUMP! so yes, it is your imagination.

i always (ALWAYS!!!!!) make sure there is a film of oil on the filter rubber before it is installed. Spin on till there is contact, and then tighten by hand only. if you ever see where the filter is on a 4AGE, count your sweet lucky stars you own a 2zz/1zz/2zr!!!

Guys... might not be able to make the recon run! My cars on a hoist getting new brake rotors... which have to be made.. or some bull**** RDA are feeding me about availability. so there is a CHANCE that it will be done by friday arvo... but no promises.

Cressida has been lowered... cleaned... and just got her home from having the auto trans serviced. will be doing spark plugs, leads and general EFI tune up soon to solve a surging issue its giving me.
