  4. AHHH What a piece of sh*t...nah just kidding I used to hate all "Falcons" due to their crappy build quality and pretty much boring styling. But i must say i really like the new ones, they actually have some good styling and look pretty agressive. The only thing im not a huge fan of is the wheels, they look more like they belong on the the Mondeo, but as you said you plan on changing them anyways. Overall dude pretty good car to get your hands on, just a shame from our point of view to see the Aurion go.

  10. Ummm, Mick did u get confused? Isn't the dizzy the opposite end to the timing cover? Could be a camshaft oil seal, do you have any pics of where the leak is coming from?
  11. ^^^They were high as sh*t on crack...I live on the NSW/VIC border. And Mick I know the feeling man. Even at 5.5psi...plus the Aurion doesnt torque steer that bad, if you take your hands off the wheel and plant it, it will.
  12. That is where i foresee the problem, the engine has been very much untouched and unmodified. I dont know of any tuning device available that has been tried and tested and worked with the 2GR, not saying it won't work, but won't be as simple as some vehicles and NOS is some dangerous sh*t...
  13. Mummy i'm scared...i have a feeling it will send the sensors spastic. I don't think anyone has done it PERIOD to a 2GR-FE.

Use this i designed it to fix that problem our H4's are HI/LO the US isnt...ours are designed so that you flick from one filament to the other with the dual filament globe, the US ones stay on all the time(whilst the headlights are switched on), by doing it this way you are effectively keeping them on all the time, the diode is there to prevent the power from the low beam circuit switching you high beams on all the time.

  17. So i am incorrect in saying there was a "gentleman's agreement" in Japan that limited cars to 276HP?(im not saying it couldnt do higher or wasnt made higher) Which is approximately 206KW...feel free to correct me if i am wrong,
  18. oh oooh also, might i add the highest powered 2JZ-GTE form Japan only made 206KW, so 6 more than the 2GR-FE, both specs are stock
  19. You might make a few more friends if you approached things differently i think, fair enough if you have solid informational proof and provide it. But making comments like u have is only gunna stir people up. Also Daryl isn't exactly a nerdy keyboard warrior, and you'd know that if you met him, yeah he has a lot of posts, but is a good bloke and knows his sh*t. So yeah, you get out what you put in really.
