  1. Subscribed. Im keen to do the same with my car. Was thinking about cutting a straight line accross & then using fibreglass on the back to stitch together, small amount of bog on front to smooth it over. But its the strength of the fibreglass holding it together Im worried about. at the same time if its bolted on at the bottom too then it 'shouldnt' move tooooo much???
  2. I know its for a Honda not a Aurion, but geez this system would be sweet. Follows similar lines to ours too but I dont think we have enough room where the headers come back to the flex bellow. LINK
  3. Saw this.....good step for Toyota, making cars less boring. Hope they can bring out a front bumper to attach to the Aurion.... Toyota HC-CV
  4. What have I done....... I want a Liberty. :(
  5. Does anyone here like pancakes with maple syrup?
  6. F*CKIN OATH! I was lined up to buy a Lib H6 spec.B before the AUrion, but it fell through & dad convinced me to get Aurion. Regretted it every single day since. GT's were good, manuals are rare(ish) and get alot more money used, ej20 engines were getting a little old though, but H6 engines (flat 6cyl) are as sweet as all heck, 3.0L, 180-90kw, AWD, 6spd manual gearbox, premium models with leather & sunroof are faultless & Mackintosh 13 speaker stereo tops it off. I was getting a 2005 model with 40k on the clock for $30k, so you can get newer & lower kms for a little more. The 6spd auto has sportshift (alot better than Aurions) and the newer ones get i-Drive from the Sti's...very nice. If you get the wagon the sunroof is massive, from the driver to just behind the rear seat passengers. Ah cr@p...........now I want to trade in the Aurion for one again.
  7. Did you swap the photography for a drive in the car?? Nice pics as always.
  8. Maybe someone should chuck on some 26" Chromies and lift the car right up...Mexican Style. ...cant find a pic cos I dont know what the style is called, but its the 70's luxury sedans at 4wd height with sh*tloads of bling and minimum 24" rims.
  9. Interesting how the whole of the rear window goes down, not just the square bit? I wont either...but if the Sportivo grill, front or rear bumper is any better I may swap.
  10. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
  11. Good choice. Welcome to the club of car owners where the cars are actually reliable & are worth money still after 5 years.
  12. Check out the gap between tyre & wheel arch all round, but particularly at the very bottom near the skirts. Aurions can go max 20's but 18/19s are the ones that look best. As 1990's as they are.
  13. Possibley. You'd need to hack out a 2nd cut out for the exhaust though. And you'd either have to buy it from Toyota ($$$$$) or from a wrecker which might be rare cos its a newer car. Might be worthwhile looking at some of the American bodykits because their 4cyl & V6 is the same body as our 4cyl.
  14. You dropped a 'P' plate.... Love the plates. What size wheels are they?
  15. Note to self: Dont buy a car in Singapore
  16. No problems whatsoever. No condensation, nothing. Still got to blacken my spare headlight & swap it over to make it perfect though. No idea what your talking about ...Im surprised others haven't done it here. Ive seen some minitrucks with it. Im annoyed too cos I was searching for a bit at hardware stores for the front lip & someone jumped in and posted a thread about it. Haven't found a suitable one yet though, might not do it.
