Well, the time has come to say goodbye to Toyota..

After having more than enough fun with the Corolla, im finally upgrading to something more powerfull and sporty.

Ive got 2 choices:

- Subaru WRX STi

- Renault Megane Sport (maybe even the R26 F1 team edition)

Is paying that little bit extra for the Subaru worth the AWD and active diff?

Or should i keep the money, go for the Renault, and just modify?

The Renault does come standard with LSD too.

And the R26 F1 edition is also fitted with the brembo brake package..

It would be good to hear some people's opinions on the two choices ive settled on.

Thanks

Lets see turbo AWD or euro NA with F1 tag??

Ive learnt the Hard way on my puchases so .....Go japanese,Service providers are everywhere,Mod potential is optional as the base models are already perfected,Theres no comparison to electronically assisted All wheel drive systems,Their made & engineeered so precise, & with a mid sized honking turbo to give it a lil more push..theres no arguements

Imported Evo 7's and 8's are going for as low as mid-$30k's these days... after driving the Evo 9 I say bargain!

Go the Megane!

Meganes are awesome.

If you want to check out and ask Megane owners etc, try this website Aussiefrogs as it is the largest online French car community around, with several thousand members and a large Renault community.

They're two very different choices there. Test drive both thoroughly and see which suits you best.
