2014 Towbar - anyone have one and installation...
Hi, Does anyone have a Towbar (including bill and ball) for a 2014 Corolla Hatch that is anywhere near Sydney? Also, is anything required to be done to the ECU? I thought that it was just a matter of tieing into the lights at the rear. Email address is tmoc77@gmail.com. Thanks everyone. -

Body kits for 2002 Toyota Avalon
Hey man im in a similar spot 🙂 I bought my grandads ‘02 for cheap and fixed it up to sell but actually just enjoy droving it for myself… from what i can see they have the same frame as a Camry so you could try swap the front body panels of a Camry Gracias on there for a sporty look. Or go searching the Japanese shops for parts that fit a Pronard. Thats what the JDM Avalon’s were called. Good luck! I hope to see a neat Avalon around sometime :) -

I believe that they want to check that you have not been hooning in the vehicle or thrashing it before accepting a warranty claim. -

Update 9/9/2024 it is booked in to go to Peter Kittle Para hills after I complained to Toyota Australia however they are insisting they will be charging me a fee too look at and diagnose which I don’t understand. -

Passenger footwell wet ? roofracks?
I just bought a 2017 hilux dual cab ute. Got it home and noticed passenger side footwell damp. Lifted carpet and underlay is soaked. Called owner who denies it ever being wet but says he only installed the clamp.on roof racks 3 weeks ago. Says I should take them off as they must be the cause. Have done this and am trying to dry out the floors but are there other possible sources that I should check? Thanks -

Camry Navigation System
2019 Camry Hybrid Navigation for Android. I just had a $180 software upgrade on my SL at my local Toyota dealer and now my Android phone google maps display and integrate with the cars system. I believe the upgrade to Android/google was done for the RAV4 due to customer pressure. You do need to physically connect via the USB port Prior to the upgrade I spent a lot of time trying to get it to work via Toyota Link and so on. As it turns out now, no other connection software or apps should be running. Just your Android phone and USB connection.- hybrid

N80 2015-2017 infotainment upgrade
I have just installed a interface behind my factory unit which is all plug and play I now have wireless or corded apple carplay and android auto wanted to share on here to make aware there is a option with out having to buy a whole new stereo all the functions work ie steering wheel controls and reverse camera and all the factory options in the stereo are retained also I am soo impressed I am now supplying worldwide
