Check your owners manual...

I'm 99% sure it's due on 150,000kms, but it could be 100,000kms...

Check your owners manual and you'll have your answer...

on the 1mzfe the toyota book says 150,000 but on the gregorys service manual it reccomends 100,000 and yes it would be a good idea to replace the belt tensioner as it us a b**ch of a job or $$$ in labour... (so im told by my mechanic)

i supose it depends on how u drive fot starts put sudden strain on the engine... normal driving allows for toyotas 150,000 schedule.. it really depends on driving conditions... i am still undecided so will probably hold off till 125,000 km,,, with 90,000 on the clock ill have to make up my mind soon too :)

Yeah, I thought it was 150,000...

It's up to you wether you want to replace the tensioner too...

I've never replaced one when changing the belts and never had any issues...

Do it all. Belt and tensioner everytime. If you wany longevity from your engine treat it the respect it deserves. Your engine can produce the energy in 1 hour to run your house for 2 or 3 days. That's a hell of a feat in my book. That sort of power needs to be safely harnessed all the time or it'll get expensive or dangerous.
