Corolla Sportivo Kit?

Hi guys,

I just bought myself my first Toyota, and yes, it's a Corolla (white). It's an 05 Accent model. Though, because of the budget I had, and not needing the extra power that the Sportivo models provide, I settled for the Accent. But I do want to get a Sportivo lip kit.

I don't know where I can find this. I've looked around a bit, but found nothing for an 05 model. Even if the kits are just a Sportivo kit look-a-like it's fine.

agree with that maybe car mate? but i did get a quote from toyota re: full stivo kit.. 1500 before painting and fitting (which i think is not too bad, mine is prefacelift.. i dunno bout facelift prices :) )

the front lip alone is at 599 give or take rrp.

the salesman at my local toyota is happy to sell it to me @ approx 510 =)

$500-$600 is a good price for the lip since they come painted. They used to cost $900+.

AFAIK, the facelift front lip comes painted... or used to. I think the lip comes from South Africa rather than Japan like all the other parts.

Just follow Big Bum's part numbers.

Seen them in the flesh and all and they are almost half price compared to what they were say 12 months ago.

They are a great price considering its a simple fit and install without the hassles of getting it sprayed and colour matched.

EDIT:

I've just confirmed with a Toyota Dealer regard the front skirt.

It's $600RRP for the front skirt - UNPAINTED - P/N T08154 12842

and..

It's $1000+RRP for a front skirt - PAINTED (painted from factory in your colour code) - P/N T08154 12841 XY (where XY is an alpha-numeric combination representing your colour code).

So it is still so very, very pricey for a painted one, you're better off buying it unpainted and getting it painted yourself.
