my theme is everyday ferarri.

all thats left to do on this car is a set of rims.... 16 inch.

and a more powerful engine

mods for the car is....

Greddy alloy shift knob

bigger brakes that is also slotted front and rear.

high temp pads

blacktop 20v flywheel and HD clutch

new c52 with LSD (installed whilst i did the flywheel)

custom air intake that i design ^^ he he

unknown rate spring and shock combo (super hard !!)

removed rear wing

i was asked to join that site from a busiuness card left on my car...

but after seeing it, its confusing and hard to use, so i will not bother with it.

its a shame there is no decent australian aw11 mr2 website.

i just got my car back from the mechanic today.... it turned out the c52 with LSD was not that, but infact it was a c56 LSD 6speed !! ha.... the gearing feels a lot better suited.

now that the aw11 has a 6 speed i really should add a blacktop engine to complete it.

thanks, yah my gf likes the aw11, she helps me a lot with it, we have so many good memories of it ^^

C56 is a 5-speed, C160 is the 6-speed. Both have LSDs available. Which is it?

sprry for the confusion.... the gearbox is a 6 speed (c160 im guessing)

hey kolorhero.... yah i will show u the aw11 some time..... i remember last time i saw u, my trueno barely kept up coz i was oversteering EVERYWHERE !! i have so much more stability now lol !

although this winter im gonna drive the trueno whilst i have the mr2 in the workshop getting a far better engine...... trueno has about 180ps where as the mr2 is just a standard bigport 4age (lame), but still the trueno is a downgrade, because its just an Front engine Rear drive. after that the trueno might be up for sale as in the next 12 months or so my gf and i will proberly move to china for 6 months.

Work on a low-boost setup for the blacktop. May restrict your top end if you use a smaller exhaust housing, but will definitely fill up the massive torque hole these things have.

I'm planning on getting an AW11 when I get back from Japan, similar mods to yours however I'm going to be running a supercharged engine - probably a centrifugal blower though.

how's it confusing?its just very MR2 specific and split into different catagories :P

Sorry no updates.... Life is busy.

i have not driven the mr2 in a while, nor the ae86.

having seen this near my house today, i felt maybe i will buy a car..

... ok maybe a bit out of my budget.... more like...

ha ! a bit more affordable, although i have no where to store a car. looks like i finally outgrown them.
