Exhaust Rattle

Recommended Posts

the place that fitted the exhaust has stuff up buy the sounds of things, that rattle is the exhasut hitting the heat shield, this means that when the cannon was fitted it was fitted off center where it goes past the heat sheilds and it touches from time to time and thats what the rattle is

hehe take it to the dealer :P

as for rattles does anyone actually check where its coming from?

maybe its just the rubber mounts that's loose or something's loose. might be an easy fix. if not. take it back where you got it and get them to fix it. fixing it yourself and something goes wrong might void warranty (most places try blaming it on that.)

I have just had a custom exhaust fitted as well, is the noise more like a vibration??

Especially when you are talking off in 1st,2nd gear??

I'm having a similar problem the exhaust was fitted about 8months ago.
