so i gots a new grill for the aurion in the mail today..

ive got the screws/clips off from the top of the grill.. but im stuck as to how its suppose to come out :\

the edges are like hooked into the bumper and does the bottom un clip? or something?

yes i did search and read this

older cars are so much easier to work on

It's suppose to come out to ur side.. horizontally pull out.

It's kinda hard to pull that clip that's into the bumper. I accidentally broke the clip. :(

ive got the top edge bits out..

now its just the bottom things :S

i dont want to break anything haha but ive pushed on them moved them around they dont wanna budge

Instead of pulling it out, try use something to push the clip out. That's the way I did mine.

Try pushing the clip down while pulling on the grill. If that doesn't work, try putting a flat blade under the clip and lever it up while pulling on the grill. I can't remember the orientation of the clip.

That's about the best I can explain it. If you have good eyes, use a torch and look at how the clip locks in. It should be fairly obvious after that.

Looks great with the gold,nicely done :clap: ...i really like the style of this grille,love the no emblem/badge look,hmmm maybe painted in satin black for me ;)
