It's hard to say, depends on where you drive mainly. Naturally the newer maps will have more roads, however how often do you find yourself in an area that the maps on V13 are wrong? Then again, V13 is getting on a bit now. It's personal choice really.

BTW when I saw this thread I initially thought it was something about a v16 engine upgrade hahaah
