Front bar removal question

Hey Guys,

Im about to install a few things into the front half of my car, now i have a question about the foam section seen here.

is this bit of foam imperitive to the structure of the car, because when your trying to install K3LA nathan train horns theres a bit of a space issue...

/disuss.

i have to fit these 3 badboys up front so i wasnt sure if it made a great deal of difference....

after being in 2 accidents, im sure this will atleat help avoid any, plus alot of fun can be had with them :D 200 db of **** YEAH!
