Yes it would. You can buy aftermarkets on eBay, I'm sure toyota would overcharge you.

Yes you can. I have just done it on my 2012 Camry and it looks great. I bought the spoiler from my local Toyota dealer for just under $500. There is not too much available after market for this model yet. The body shape for the current Camry and Aurion is pretty close to identical.

Any idea if rear spoiler for Aurion can be installed on Camry 2007?

Tried wreckers, Toyota and ebay, close to impossible to find any for camry 2007 but a wrecker offered to buy for Aurion 2011 and put on Camry 2007.

Not quite sure if that fits thought.

I would lean to the yes side because the ASV and GSV 40 Camry/Aurion share the same platform architecture with subtle changes in the body panels. You'd have to compare two photos of the Camry boot to the the Aurion boot and see if there are any differences. I would say the tops would be the same, but the rear garnish area would be different, obviously.
