Hi all, I'm wanting to change the colour of my instrument cluster.

The stock is nice I just want it a bit more blue.

I think they are LED but I don't know how to get them out.

Any ideas?

Are you any good with soldering?
Just have to hope they're not SMD types, doable but difficult-ier.

Soldering?

Definitely not.

What's wrong with SMD LED's?

Nothing wrong with them at all, just that for a soldering novice the difficulty of dealing with them is higher than LEDs with legs (aka through-hole style).

Ok fair enough.

Can you get a cover or something to make it a bit blue?

Or is ther another Aurion with a bluer Dash Panel?

Bangtown, I vaguely recall that being done with cellophane, yes? Just our luck that the stock console lighting is a relatively white-ish colour.

I wouldn't use cellophane lol. You can use the coloured plastic clip folder dividers. There a link in the workshop submissions folder. There are 6? Maybe more White 5050 SMDs at the bottom of the cluster and a rather smart diffuser insert spreads the light. If you good at soldering you can change these LEDs if not go the dividers

That is spectacular. I might take it to my LED guy and see if he can change them
