You might want to investigate the reason its low?

You have found that it's low, assuming by looking at the bottle. In that case, twist the cap off and pour Dexron III or genuine Toyota PS fluid into that same bottle until it reaches the 'cold' full mark if the engine is cold.

As member above has suggested, if the fluid is running below the low mark, ascertain the cause of it. Rarely does that fluid run really low unless the car was really high ks and the fluid burns off over time or there's a leak in the system.

There's no need to start a new topic for the same topic. You just posted a thread which I have just replied to about your power steering being low and here you are asking about how to top it off. You can ask all the questions you like concerning the power steering in one thread otherwise it starts to get messy.

Christ. Thats not low, more like empty. Refill it to the max cold mark when the car is cold, and definitely monitor for leaks. How long have you had the car?
