Hi, when i was changing the spark plugs today, i noticed that one of the plug lead has lost it's rubber o'ring. Will it be an issue if this is inserted without the o'ring ?

No. The O-ring is basically there to stop dirt and water from entering the well. Get yourself a few O-rings from the dealer spares dep't and keep some handy. O-rings are pretty cheap. You could even purchase one of those O-ring kits with the various sizes and keep handy too. Take one off another coil pack to use as a sample size to make sure you're at least getting the size you need.
