can you use hotmail with this???

if so how ? :whistling:

Outlook Express (and Entourage on Mac) have inbuilt settings that let you add your Hotmail account. Outlook itself doesn't.

Get a Mac :D

i thought hotmail had disabled POP 3 unless you had a premium account... This my be different now though with Hotmail being bought off MSN

Tools > Accounts > Add > Mail

Type in your name, email address...

Choose HTTP from the combo box (My incoming server is a HTTP server)

Choose Hotmail from My HTTP mail service provider is Hotmail...

Type in your account name (Hotmail email address) and password...

and away you go! :yahoo:

Looks like you got some help already

Anyways:

I personally wouldn't use POP3 for hotmail.

When you go setup a new account in Outlook select the HTTP (sever type), that way you can synchronize both online (normal way) and Outlook; so you get the benefits of both :)

EDIT: BB - great minds think alike :P :toast:
