in answer to your question it should fit, but it's not a CAI.....

They're probably going to ask you to send it back at your own expense and then they'll dispatch the correct one to you.

It's tough dealing with shops overseas.

Hope it all works out well for you.

Yeah worked out is is Short ram.

I have gone through paypal to reject the payment. Emailled them 4 times last night.

They finally responded by saying take a picture of the box to verify the incorrect shippment.

Fingers cross they will do the right thing or I will bid on every item they sell for the next year and not pay.

I guess the worst case scenario would be to keep the short ram, ask the shop to give you the difference paid. Get yourself a decent heat shield and plumb the cold air to it...

You can always make some cold air piping to mimic the cold air intake version. Ask for the difference back if they dont' want to pay for the shipping to USofA.

Just FYI everyone

I just checked if you purchase off ebay and pay via paypal you are protected by something call paypal protection automatically.

If not ebay has a standard protection policy for buyers of up to AUD$400.00

Which mean if he doesn't do the right thing I can submitt a claim to get the money off them.

May get free SRI

Why dont you just sell the SRI on ebay then buy a CAI from a different buyer?

SRI car normally cheaper than CAI I paid a CAI price

sorry to hear mate at the end i just went TRD cost a bit extra but i think it was worth it. Oh yeah guys i dont reccomend raceoptions as a good seller if its anything to go buy with the issues i had trying to get a group buy going with them, plus when that fell through and i just wanted two units for myself, turning around and saying there quote that i confirmed twice with them they couldnt do...just leaves me to believe they dont do buisness well. Maybe some of you have had good exp with them but i wouldnt even buy a oil cap off them now.

Ouch, dont deal with race options again. They rip you off with shipping too and take back quotes$. We dealt with CONICELLI PARTS SPRINGFIELD and bought TRD intakes for not much more than AEM.
