Dear Customer

As a registered user of the TRDsales.com website, we would like to advise you of a recent change in ownership.

The TRDsales.com website has been acquired by Toyota New Zealand Limited who is the sole distributor for Toyota Racing Development (TRD) products in New Zealand. For local customers, we look forward to an ongoing relationship and being able to provide you with an exciting range of products.

For customers outside of New Zealand, this means you will no longer be able to purchase TRD products from this website. We value your support of TRD and encourage you to continue your relationship through the links to international sites below, which will be able to serve your purchasing needs.

So long as he can keep up with what people want, why not. He's a nice bloke

We can only try I guess....

Maybe a certain computer store in Brissy's south might need to become a TRD Dealer :P

why dont you just get them from Warwick? He specialises in TRD stuff from toyota NZ anyway, he's always been cheaper than TRDsales.com for the stuff I've purchased too.

http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...c=663&st=25

cause he never answers his emails and when we did end up dealing with him the service was shocking....others may of had better dealings but so far im yet to be convinced.

maybe he just doesn't like you ;)

He's delivered plenty of top line service to many people on loads of different forums over the years. Always ensure you're using the correct contact details, and if you need immediate service then pick up the phone.

I have heard what Corey said before from another person too....

I guess, Warwick is now appearing on the forums again, let's ask him to let us know what he is able to do these days, isn't he now working for a different dealer...

Isn't Toyota trying to launch the TRD brand in Australia? Does that mean we get goodies or are they just changing the name of the TTR rally team?

I guess if they did sell parts in Australia they'd be horridly expensive compared to buying from across the ditch....

Most Aus toyota dealers do sell TRD parts, and can order whatever you want in if you provide a part number and are cashed up :P http://www.penrithtoyota.com.au/Penrithparts/trd.htm

in the past few weekz (maybe months) ive seen toyota commercials promoting TRD! im sure it was on free tv - not foxtel.

am i the only one whos seen this?

featured the corolla rally car doin roostertailz down a dirt track and said something 2 the effect of "when we win, you win"?

some kinda catchphrase like that...

i was thinking initially that they were promoting TRD.. or maybe they are just talking bout how they are developing their range based on what they learnt through TRD and racing or something and not selling the actual TRD parts, which wouldnt make much sense either.

either way TRD stuff is 2 damn expensive 4 my liking.

as long as the part fitz and it works i dont care if its reTaRD or not. mostly coz of the ****ty service and huge cost

Its definitly not a TRD Sub box you have now is it Jase... LOL

I havent seen the ads your talking about it, but there has been rumours that Toyota are supporting the TRD gear more than they use to.

Most dealers now dont mind performing services (usually warranty work too) where some TRD gear has been fitted....

I got some things from Warwick but the time taken to get them was absolutely ridiculous. A set of Headers and clutch from memory took nearly 3 and a bit months to arrive and I had to keep chasing him up(ON HIS WORK EMAIL) and it took sometimes 3-4 days to get a reply. bruce ended up doing a large order for me as he matched the price and his freight charges were approximately a 1/3 of what Warwick was going to charge plus Warwick seemed like he didn't want to do it. Mind you it was an order of some $2500 so I thought it would have been worthwhile. But I guess not...
