Oh, I meant the nuts being scratched. Scratching me nuts... oh yeah

Yeah I mean it's heart breaking knowing they're scratched... even if it's a little bit :( They weren't expensive so it's ok. I did try a bit of masking tape on the inside of the wrench but it only helped a bit. Masking tape just came right off.

I might try the plastic bag idea next time. Thanks.

Any other techniques or ideas? I can't imagine how heart broken I would be if these were $200 Wedsports or Rays nuts!

try wrapping the nuts a few times with electrical tape...

at the end of the day there just lug nuts and u'll eventually get over it (i rocking rays btw but im over it)

anyways its the 2 nuts in between our legs that u wanna take the most care with lol

i had wed sports racing nuts and they were scratched. i tried masking tape but that breaks or you cannot fit the tool on. in the end although they were titanium and expensive they are only nuts and the scratches add to the race look.
