Hahahaha BUSTED! Good for him he deserved it.

Acting Sergeant Robbins told The Age the unit monitored car club websites as an intelligence-gathering exercise to follow car modifications, user conversations and to "monitor specific individuals". OOoooooo Need to be careful with that...

Interesting story about a police TOG officer who tracked and caught a car hoon who had boasted on U Tube that he tore off his defect notice and drove his car home as an unlicenced driver.

Police got heir first conviction based on the intertnet boast/blogg.

They intend to do more searching on the Internet for offences by hoons in hot cars, also speeding, burnouts, unlicenced driving, unroadworthy cars, traffic offences etc etc. Channel 9 news .

Toymods already have a forum complaining they have been infiltrated.

p.s. I was joking

anyways, I think we should weed out any traitors in here, I say everyone post a photo of their toyota or ban (and is there a way to block any readers who arent registered from reading the posts, because I know on Ozhonda unless you're logged in you cant read anything)

Too true Dyl....how many times have people been told not to post here (or other forums) about anything they have done on the streets that may incriminate themselves....

it's easy enough for forum admins to monitor/ban the ip ranges the police use from work. Only some forums do it though.

For instance, the info below is used for a start for QLD stuff:

Remember of course this doesn't help when the officers are using their own personal accounts or taking other action to avoid looking like they're coming from the government.

how is a cop doing his job a traitor.

If you have illegally modified your car without engineering you shouldn't be on the road FULL STOP.

I personally hate forums where you are required to register before you can see ANYTHING. I'd like to be able to see something at least so I get a idea of the people and the knowledge on the forum prior to giving out my personal details.

Dyl, you are a wise man for your age.... I like what you say...

I agree wholeheartedly. Nothing sh!ts me more than when you have to go through a whole rigmarole process of registering just to read a few articles.
