here! me on my King springs low still.. gotta love it. <_< mine settled about 1 finger lower front and rear in 2weeks-ish dont bother with superlows springs, if you really want that even/level stance, just save up and get coilovers.

My zre was covered with Just cars from day 1. I believe at 30k or so. Has it dropped in all that time? 2yrs? But is it depreciation?? wtf? i thought your cover stays the same regardless? correct me if im wrong? Premium is paid yearly.

Hey guys, The first time i called up my insurance to get my wheels, springs and tints covered it cost me $75 which is fine. My cover was for $26k The second time i called up to get my netz badge, weathershields and cold air intake and exhaust covered it cost me nothing and the girl said it bumped my full comp up from 26k to 29k. I was happy as larry. I asked why it cost me nothing as compared to the 75 i had to pay last time, she said our policy has changed. So all good news. Just recently i called up to get my newly installed front strut brace and rear swaybar to get covered which also cost me nothing, so thats all fine. Okay, so the problem is i just received my current policy and it says the 'Amount Covered: Agreed value $27,750' 'Purchase Price: $28,000' load of bull, i paid 30k for it All the mods i've done to date are covered in the policy but the last time i called the girl said 29k. So im not happy that its dropped, i gotta find my old policy to confirm this. I'm gonna call them up tomorrow and b!tch about it.

congrats on the buy! To anwser a few questions; You got the ascent model, the levin range have rear electric windows. Clutch is a bit light, try tracking it a few times, it'll be softer. lol Stock height is awesome, i used to swallow up animals and ride over mountains on that height. Just ridiculous. Lowered springs or coilovers will fix that problem right up. Obviously, we bought this corolla type not for the power, power probli not the biggest issue, more torque mid-range for better throttle response would be a definite bonus. I see your signature, 'biggest sleeper huh?' headers, full exhaust system, cold air intake and supercharger kit will do it. Depends what your after, cruiser or mountain runner or track warrior. Theres a few mods out there available for our ZREs now.

People who open their doors without looking around and slightly just love tap your car door.. even though the mark is barely visible and easy to fix, just annoys you. Esp when you've seen them do it and they dont say anything.. not a sorry, nothing. Also, people who park so close to you that it makes it a friggin pain to get out.. just straighten the car up mate

2 things: 1. DIY Camera mount passed scrutineering , so to those who doubted you. haha. And proved to be more sturdy and better quality recording than my suction mounted one. I definitely need coilovers before next track session desmond. I think that will improve my handling prowess a lot; go lower for more centre of gravity and stiffer chassis for less bodyroll and better cornering. Brake pads are fine atm, i should buy a set of pads for future change anyway and look into some different tyres when my tyres go. RE001s are good, but i'll see if i can go one better next tyre change. See what happens though, this is all for next year, plus still new to trackwork so still much to learn and play around with. its all good! B)

if you installed 'lowered springs' should definitely look lower than before stock, even without driving it because they would should of test driven it out of the workshop and around the block after install. The springs should settle a little bit after a few weeks but still, should be lower than stock. My spring rates are 35mm Front and 40mm Rear, with rear sitting about 2fingers higher than fronts. Check if you got just 'Lows' or 'Superlows', superlows will give you the 2fingers under your guard, i dont know if lows will be that low. But then again, im not sure on the pedders range if they even have superlows.
