  1. Today 107kW Temp 21 Degrees , Humidity 73% Last Year 108.2 kW Temp 21 Degrees, Humidity 43% With the exhaust, its a couple of kW up at lower rpm. Last time i had a short ram with a bigger pod and probably better air flow at top end than the K&N Apollo. Not to mention humidity 73%. Power can probably fluctuate 5 kW up or down depending on the day. Last Year I was running BP Ultimate, todat i was running Mobil 8000. Perfect examble is Bill's car, up 4 kW since last dyno with no mods. Once again this result will stirr up the CES debate, wether it is a worthwile mod. :) Well, my car hasn't changed at all since the last Dyno Day other than that I changed to fully synthetic motor oil and I got pretty much the same numbers (despite higher humidity). 111.3kw.
  2. Haha...Bill always has to stir things up a little. What will we do without him? Will see you guys around 10.30am. The dyno numbers don't really mean much to me torrow cos I've not anything to the car since our last Dyno, but it'll be good to catch up with some of you again.
  3. With AAMI, once you are above 25, it doesn't matter how many mods you have on the car. They'll still insure it.
  4. I ask for a wheel alignment to be done ($60) so in the end it cost me $288 in total.
  5. Well, had my 30k service yesterday and I supplied them with Castrol Magnatec 5w30. So far I like it. Didn't think that it would make that much of a difference to the car but it has. Revving now feels a lot smoother than before and engine seems to be a little quieter.
  6. Just bought Castrol Magnetac 5w30 from Autobarn today for my 30k service tomorrow. Will post up my thoughts after the service.
  7. Thanks Carlo, and yes, I don't remember even being given a chance to hit Lift. There aren't enough straights in a twistie for us to do it.
  8. Where did you get these prices from? Seems like pretty good prices.
  9. After the "outcasting" of our "modern" Corollas at the last Toymods cruise, I wonder how many will turn up for this one.
  10. Well, not that my car is any different from the last time that I put it on the Dyno, but I'll try my very best to make it. Hmm...White Lightning. I like that.
  11. Well, with the right tools and know how, yes you can. Danz did it at home with a couple of people to help him. But you'll then have to get your wheels aligned at a shop anyway after that.
  12. You can try here as well http://vamp.darkravers.net/DIYPaintingBrakeCalipers.cfm
  13. No. You need to either modify the current rails that come with it or modify your current rails in your car.
  14. All you need to do is remove the pin that holds the pedal in place and swop them over and replace the pin. As for the footrest, all you need to do is to put the plate on top of the existing footrest and screw them down.
  15. VIC: LaTrobe St between, Williams St and Kings St 1ZZ-FE - I believe it was his Silver Rolla, with twin Remus and ROH rims. I was in my friend's car on the way to the Motor Show in the evening when we were caught in a jam and stopped just beside your car.
  16. Will look into it. Thanks dude.
  17. I don't think that he thought they were brand new lights but more of where to get them. I'm sure that they are not recently released lights.
  18. Yup, I guess after all that I should speak up. Yes they are JDM taillights and I actually got them off trd_141. Which reminds me, where on earth is he? I love the lights, cos like 1zzfe says, the brake light lights up on both sides so it's really cool. And yes, has it been 1 year?
  19. I was in Boxhill VIC tonight for some Chinese New Year festivities and I spotted 3 Corollas 1. Black Sportivo lowered - SPOT10 2. White Sportivo - GE2002 3. Blue Rolla will blue grilles, blue wipers, blue everything. Boxhill seems to be a Corolla hotspot. Saw a few more modded Rollas but didn't get the plates.
  20. E-Gene

    RUNX BADGE!

This is going to be moved to the group buy section. Thanks
  21. Yet another CES convert. Well done. Definitely a proven product, but I guess I can only afford it either 2nd hand or when the price drops (come on CES dudes!)
