  1. I checked that blue cylindrical bit, and its already been blocked off. As for the actual CAI where the hose connects to it, im going to block it off with a 15mm grommet, is that the right plugging tool to use? Long as its blocked off bud ! Let us know how you go
  2. I've got a scan tool that works with it. Eng light found lose terminal after I did my exhaust at my o2 sensor
  3. That blue Thingi correct me if I'm Wrong bits it's a one way valve ? Something to do with your stock air box flap that opens up when in lift

  5. I blocked all the necessary hoses off. As I said, it works fine when im in gear, but if i switch out of gear into neutral the engine stays running, then after 5-15 seconds it just gives me a CEL and switches the car off. FOR REAL !? I just saw the pics they arnt blocked off...

  7. If its just Wing tip and side mirrors and little things that can be resprayed, can't exactly say why it's peeling and it's a defect from toyo, mines fine But Has it been resprayed or in an accident before to have been reprinted before ?
  8. Honestly cause it doesn't disengage properly as its why it crunches. IMO you can try bigger slave cyl push rods Clutch adjustment at the clutch pedal, brake bleed, syncros, but it leads to a clutch in the end, I know a guy who did a rebuild on 2nd and 3rd gears and still did it.. Also there's a thread goin around its shifter cables... Crapppy south African cars

  10. Mike.. U a big fella to hit the steering wheel? I have no problem in my rolla.. Also check to see if the inner plastic guard isn't rubbing against ur wheel.. If its rubbing do visual checks
  11. even with the stock rpm redline there have been a few failures ....... its just one of those things where for a few hundered bucks u buy urself some insurance ...... Extra insurance, on top of the full comprehensive I already have? Hahaha Joking yeh I get ya, I'm not much in lift these days Not much driving too only weekends But interesting thread !

  14. Throttle body, idle air control, just wipe the throttle body with a rag, Uh Ur consumption can't be that bad ?
  15. Do a t/b service and clean ya iac etc ensure plugs are good
  16. Sup I know at my dealership if we lower it and the shocks let go 1 year later and it's under warranty, I'll still do the shocks under warranty, only cause warranty doesn't know it's lowered and I need the work lol
  17. Either that ^ or somethings happened to your clutch pedal assembly ? Bent or anything ? Maybe the seals in your master cyl has stuffed up and hard to press (unlikely tho) ditto with slave cyl, & or something stuffed up in your clutch assembly Ps I pretty much said everything in thr system haha
  18. For 35 doesn't se right, and why havnt I seen it in the shops? Also I've had 100% no restriction, ie no pod and the car goes like rubbish.. ?

Yeh the only difference is the gear selector on the box ( x4 14mm to change) from memory, everything's 14 on this damn car haha, and 6th ratio, as I had the celica 6th gear in my old box you can say we pretty much had celica box's in our cars with the selector being the only difference, but this box I have now is just STD.. P.s I have a spare rolla selector assembly, their expensive !! Yeh I wouldn't mind knowing the price of the cables.. May aswell throw a short shifter while at it haha
