    Not bad did he put a Reco shaft or just did the cv? Sorry I didn't see the post earlier I would of jumped on the cv suggestions straight away! Ticking while turning right at a round about would be your left cv, and turning left would e your right cv. Just because the cv boot isn't split doesn't mean it's not noisy..

    Tell Toyota and take em for a drive to reproduce it.. If you leave it with them and they drive it.. If it happens only once.. The mechanic will more than likely not worry about it and write "NFF" no fault found and they will say it didn't happen with them

    Is that all you did? I've had instances where a sim was pushing the pad/piston back into the caliper so when the driver would press the pedal the piston would travel further ie longer spongy pedal Also you bleed all 4 ? In order ? Correct brake fluid ? Engine off is it a hard pedal ?
