  3. Should of just bought a black Toyota camry emblem. If u wanna take that badge off, use a fishing line or dental floss. Then use 'De-Solv-it' citrus spray to remove the adhesive residue. Try using a bit of turps on a cloth to remove your overspray on the panel.
  4. Interstate buyers wishing to purchase wheels should best organise the shipping with someone they know in Melbourne. Your Melb contact can pick up the wheels from me after business hours or on the weekends following payment.
  5. duy, next time your at the wreckers, see if you can find heaps of PE branded fuses

  8. I've decided to revert back to having black wheels on my car. Not really liking the look of white on white now that the wheels are on it. So I have brand new wheels ordered from Japan with an ETA of 9-10 weeks due to no available floor stock in Japan. The enkei's can be sold with or without the tyres. If anyone is interested then click the link in my signature below or Click Me!
  9. U will need 75/54 hub centric rings for the goodies u got comin. Just to ensure the wheels don't vibrate over 100kms.
  10. As SD advised me, dot 3 is not readily available anymore. I mentioned this to moh and asked him what choice would I have. Moh then went on to say the system has to be flushed first before using dot 4 and he did say it's ok to use as long as the fluid I buy is not dot 5. If u want to use dot5 then u must change the brake system - reservoirs, hoses, etc.
  11. how to check? I would like to check mine too Also, more info on brake fluid http://www.synlube.com/brake.htm What i meant was, that i checked my pm inbox, and SuperDave had advised me of the above. My brake fluid properties are provided below: ERBP: 304°C (Dry), 210°C (Wet) Min ERBP: 230°C (Dry), 155°C (Wet) Viscosity: -40°C (1550), 2.0 (100°C) pH: 7.2
  12. Just checked inbox and SD confirms that DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 can be used in the car. But DOT 5 cannot. Moh flushed the system out first though and change of brake fluid was done with the install of the new brake lines.
  13. Maybe if the weather isn't hot and humid
  14. Check out the Bosch website and dl the PDFs. Don't u work at a battery place?
  15. In the next few weeks. Ride height still needs adjusting for street use.
  16. Yes it is. It's the white battery from factory in Japan. Made by Panasonic. You think $1050 was a mistake (well it isn't), a dude who works at Footscray Le Mans Toyota said to me that the original battery from factory is $10,000!! LMAO! So I rang around and finally a Toyota mech viewed the part on the system and it is indeed $1,050. It's lasted since 2003 or possibly earlier and would of gone lasting a lot longer only if I hadn't accidentally left both dome lights on near the rear view mirror for almost 2 days. The battery just deteriorated from then on. Had it charged by the battery specialist I had bought the Bosch battery from. After a week, came back and the guy said it's pretty much dead and doesn't hold enough charge for cranking. But has just enough power for interior lights/radio. Even he says he has never seen that unique designed battery before. I told him it's from Japan.
