  1. +100,000,000. In addition to everything that had been said previously: If you find yourselves braking unecessarily on every bend and turn, please drop back in the pack and let others pass safely. Do not try and outrun the person overtaking you when the road signs allows them to do so. This is what I had experienced last Sunday. Thank God for Lift, upgraded rotors+pads and refined braking skills! Ain't that right James? I just hope the people/members involved in the accident are ok. The best lesson's in life, are the lessons learnt before experiencing them yourself. Be a Man and DO the Right Thing!
  2. Thanks Lee, happy belated Bday to you too mate!

  5. Why didn't you haggle and get it as an extra from Toyota?
  6. Ask them if they had adjusted your steering wheel alignment. I'm saying it, because my car was also pulling to the left upon acceleration up until 80kms and then it disappears. As for the low speed wobble: Tyre pressures? Check the tread of the tyre that wobbles, might be a pebble, nail or some other foreign object wedged in it. Is the wheel correctly aligned to the hub and nuts tightened in a star pattern? Was the new brake pads correctly bedded in with your existing rotors? Was the brakes bled to get rid of any air bubbles in the brake lines?
  7. If your concerned about the install of a cai, you may want to check this out to see if its done correctly. http://au.toyotaowne...p?showtopic=711
  8. Fuel filter changed at 80,000kms? The synchros might be worn, but more often than not it's best to have the tranny fluid reach operating temp before you start hammering it. Once, warm does 3rd gear still crunch? Might think about changing the MT oil if your concerned. There has been some extensive discussions on this forum in regards to which MT oil would suit the Corolla sportivo and some have been recommended with using Nulon super smooth 75w90 with a tube of Nulon G70 additive. Your acceleration problem could relate to many things in regards to what others have already mentioned, so taking it to a mechanic to run a diagnostic check would be your best bet to locate the problem.
  9. Tom, you could always email Frank from TWM. He might be able to confirm if someone else has ordered it and installed it on OZ ZREs with no problems.
  10. Mine are 6000K globes - pure white . It may have been either TOYTRD or TRolla (the dude who bought Kolourhero's stivo).
  11. Yep I can, as long as you cover postage. Approx $20 for box and standard shipping via Aust Post. PM if your still interested.
  12. Would you just replace the back of the netz badge with 3M heavy duty double sided tape?
  13. It wasn't me peter, the white snail hasn't moved from the garage since last week.
  14. I wanted to buy a mate's TE37s, but found out that fronts where 16s and rears were 17s.
  15. Pedders measure it from the center of the guard to the center bottom of the wheel rim, not to the ground. Current ride height I have stockies with 205/50/R16 tyres.
  16. looking good, love the white engine cover. Where you going to respsray the netz badge red for some Type R action? If the Red badge ends up looking tacky, then you could always respray them black ;)
  17. Guards to the outer rim diameter. I had Pedders set it at the maximum legal height limit which is 100mm from the lowest point of the vehicle (exhaust piping) to the ground (flat and even surface).
