calvin, i just rang my insurance company and asked about a CAI in general, she asked me what it was :P in the end, i explained to her it would only have minimal gains, a few kw's, but would be better for the engine and better millage. her supervisor wasnt convinced, so they decided to pass it to another department. in the end she said it was fine, and asked me how much it was worth, and that if it was expensive that it would increase my premium, other than that, they didnt see a problem. i mean compared to other things u could do to a car, a CAI is nothing, they didnt even have it on their list of modications lol

are the stock tyres rotational? my current tread is like this // front // // back // *edit actually ignore me. i take mine to nunawading (vic) they are always pretty good, its abit further away than chadstone (which is crap) helluva lot better service, and the service centre is huge, and at a different location to the show room, with drive thru style sign in.

gee i wonder why u like it shaohaok i saw 'toms-02' on the road on the way home from uni, and i was like 'whats shaohaok doing in melbourne' spot the differences would be the rims, grill, eyelids, badging and exhaust, oh and the ricey see-thru fuel cap definately gives it away :D

today i saw a nice white sportivo parked at monash across the road from me. it had eyelids, grill and black rims. was picking up my gf and she suggested i leave another note like i did yesterday, so she ran across the road and left a note. about 30 mins later i get an sms from e-gene "hey did u leave a note on my car about our forum" <_< hahahah oh well better luck next time

saw a nice red stivo in the uni car park today, lowered with white rims, big TRD sticker across the front windshield (i think he ether painted the stocker rims, or got similar ones) also had a badge stuck onto his front stock grill, it was a TT. one T was white, and one was red, never seen anything like it before. anyone know wot branding it is? gf suggested i leave a note, so i did! looked dodgey tho. i think i might print out some photos from the meets, like postcards, and keep em in my car, people would be more inclined to visit the forums that way.

looking at the pictures, it looks as tho, u cant put a grill on it? so your stuck with the toyota badge at the front. i guess u could change it to mesh, i dont know, im not a fan of the new nose, tho i do like the seats being red.

do a search on the forum, i remember someone posting the actual part number, for the spacers somewhere, hope that helps.
