  1. Amazing Collection of cars I love that Abarth - so rare! And they're all in reasonable condition too!
  2. Damn you're scary when you're angry :P
  3. Beat this - I've had a Jetski trailer stolen when I was out on the water. I was literally up sh!t creek without a paddle. These days everything gets padlocked!
  4. Coilovers generally allow you to adjust for height as well as damper settings. But some shockers such as Koni Yellow allow you to adjust damper settings too (Just not height).
  5. Lightweight rims and lowered springs (in that order of course) + some konis and camber pins will keep you happy for a whileAh we are getting somewhere .. Whats your budget ? Someone mentioned coilovers above .. do you want to go all out if performance is key ? Ps Was kidding bout the spring cutting by the way !!!!!! my budget is -1500 to get it lower. i want my car to be lowered coz its improve performance looks is a bonus If you put that money towards Springs, Shockers, Front Strut tower bar and Sway bars, you should have a very nice handling suspension package. Some people have gone for d2 coilovers for the same price but there have been issues as per the thread in the suspension brakes section. By the way - I'm just moving this thread into Suspension/Brakes :D
  6. Welcome Firstly, why do you want to lower your car? Is it mostly for looks or is it mostly for better handling? There are different stages for suspension you need to consider. Stage1 - Springs alone about $350 installed(Better looks, slightly improved cornering too. Stage2 - Springs + Shockers, about $1200, much improved cornering. Stage3 - Coilovers - Track Whore anywhere between $1300 and $3600 depending how cheap you want to be, not necessary for street, but suitable for track work. On top of either these you can install better sway bars and strut tower braces/bars. Personally I think do suspension first. Most people are happy with just springs alone and you can get this done at many suspension places, you can Try Suspension City in North Melbourne or Protech/Bridgestone tyre centre in Oakleigh on Ferntree Gully road.
  7. If he's coming to QLD is he better coming in Autmn/Winter? Or too many people at that time?
  8. Is that the VHT yellow? How many coats is that?
  9. Hey Jules welcome back :D Nice Spoiler, If you get sick of the black look you can probably paint it later on too
  10. It depends on the tyres. Generally If you have the same brand/type of tyres in 17x7 over 15x6 the 17's will corner better - more contact with the road and less sidewall flex (but may slow you down in a straight line due to more mass/larger diameter) Also usually the higher diamer of the same tire will have a softer compound. But if your new 17" tyres are cheapies and have a worse compound than the 15's you had, then turn in wont be as good.
  11. Check the MAF is in properly also check that all the clamps are on ok and there's no leaks at the joins.
  12. I like the black window surround. I don't think it's painted underneath it though, I have a small chip on the edge of the passenger door and the colour underneath the black vinyl isn't silver.
  13. WRONG ! The right answer is they're already on order :P
  14. To ensure you all get on the same ferry make sure you arrive just as one is leaving - so you're at the front of the line of cars. 15. Yes, the radiator is shrouded. I think it's intended use is to block some engine heat from the stock intake snorkle But I don't think it's placement is really effective. The coolant pipe would be radiating heat on it's own, so it's kinda useless where it is
  16. Australia is very different to Italy, but if you're making the long trip over here, you don't want to experience the cities only - you can do that anywhere in the world. Like Grima88 said an off road trip/tour would be great. But it really depends on what kind of activities you like to do? Beaches/Forests/Cities - Bars/Night clubs/Going bush?-Camping?
  17. Yes they are so don't spoil it by telling everyone where it is

  19. What he's saying is the holes left after removing the C-One are less obvious than the ones left by the TRD installation.
  20. Ohhh a WRX hatch, hmmm (I think of the current one as more of a wagon)
