washed & vacuum me Yaris and Aurion at the filthy DIY car wash @ Browns Plain... couldnt be stuff waxing it till this weekend when get more time to wax & detail both rides... -
should color match to the silver console then it looks 110% complete project :P i like minimalist looks... :D

Well the Australian sun is pretty harsh compared to those from Taiwan (where i do see they have gloves and faceshields...) I did get shown their hands getting sunburn from the sun just from driving around during the day time everyday... i dont think they want to put sun screens over their more expensive skin whitening cream... :P

one thing i regret is not having a spray gun to do even layering but Yaris suppose to be a cheap and cheerful car so all mods will continue to be cheap and cheerful...

Oh i did the plastic trim too but doesnt make much difference imo... i painted the all the panels doors and quarter panels... (cleaned and dried...)

Hi Mick... thick brush with Septone Sound Deadening Bitumen, i did the following... the inner skin of the both doors (mine is a 3 door hatch...) the inner skin of the quarter panels... overall I did about 0.2mm thickness over a period of time... i will invest in 4 steel stands and clean up the underside and sound deaden there too, and also go crazy on the wheel well... (ofcoz will do this over a hot summer...)

HID foglights? Ouch hope dont turn that on often... but its a sweet ride and I think ive seen it somewhere in the south side before it was lowered... :P

depends how deep is the scratch... Scratch X is pretty mild compared to some of the harder stuff, if Scratch X doesnt do the job just get some pro detailers to give you car a good work out...

Been there done that... Instead of Dynamat which is very exxy i got a tub of sound deadening tar from Supercheap and went crazy with it on a 30+ hot dry sunny day... realised how good it was when trucks and Harvey Davidson went pass me all quite muted alot of hard work but well worth it... I will be doing inner guards and under the car when i get my hands on some jacks and another set of ramps later on this year...

from memory i might know someone who knows him though but yeah his Yaris is abit over the top, really needs a bolt on turbo to back up the looks...
