  2. Just a little update. The 07 Touring SE has 215/60R16 tyres @ 95v not 17's as per OP
  3. Just a little bump as am still on the hunt.
  4. I reckon a relay for the lights should sort out that little issue
  5. Just too add to the choices the Bridgestone Adrenalin are on special at the moment. But you will find the grip on the 90's will be fine unless you plan on going flat ou round corners in the wet.
  6. Simple question perhaps. Getting some new tyres for the car and getting a wheel alignment done as well through Jax at this stage. Tyre prices are OK but Wheel alignment has got me thinking. Is there anything different to getting the wheel alignment done on the Aurion? They started off at 49 for the alignment but then said the Aurion has more to do on it and bumped the price up to 66 for the job. Said something about having to do front and back. Any ideas what they are doing or are they just bumping up the price to cover the tyre pricing?
  7. Bump time for those that have them sitting in shed.
  8. This works really well on bathroom mirrors to stop them fogging up and I used to use it on an old Transit I had. Get a bar of soap and draw lines over the inside of the window. Then get a clean sheat of paper or lint free cloth and clean it off. Problem solved.
  9. Good on ya mate. I was just about to post that you stick with the Bowdens. Good stuff and makes the beastie shine just nice.
  10. Have used the Megs but found I preferred the Bowdens Own car wash. Megs has sodium in the shampoo and not too keen on wash the car with a product that has salt in it. For polish I use the Car-lack68. Really nice polish and brings the car up good. As its synthetic tis really good for a car that spends a lot of time outside.
  11. G'day mate. Worked out a price on the mirrors yet? Need blue ones but can always change the colour I hope.
  12. OK just to add another one into it. 245\40R18. Anyone tried this size on the Aurion and any issues with them. Only 1.69% difference to the original 216/60R16's
  13. Thanks for that mate. Found the cowling around the instrument panel is held in place by the two paneels below that which is held in place by the panel underneath that as well. Strangley enough that wont come off until you take off the kick panel which is held inplace by the sill panels. So working backwards from there and all good.
  14. G'day folks. Hoping someone can give some quick and easy instructions for removing the Instrument cluster on an Aurion. As in the cowling around the Speedo. Trying to work out how to remove after the two push pins are removed from underneath the top. Seems the individual that had it first decided to clean the plastic with a bit of steel wool. Have the panel now to change it over.
  15. Am sure this has been asked and answered before. Looking at some 18" rims but got prices for the tyres today and am sure people on here have got better prices than I got. Guy was quoting minimum price of around 450 each. So the question is in Brissy area ((Or elsewhere) who has bought what tyres and what did it cost them. Want some reasonable tyres not ling ning's and their freinds from china or... Thanks heaps
  16. Website seems to be kaput. Mayhap try again later. Still looking though so speak up OK Just had a look. Site just doesn't like FF. The ones on there do not have Bluetooth so still looking.
  17. As simple as the heading says. Hoping someone that has updated the Headunit now has one sitting around that has bluetooth on it. Mine is a 2007 touring which just happens to be the year before it came as standard. So if you have a 6 stacker standard Headunit with bluetooth please give me a yell. Thanks
  18. I do beleive I have a PDF manual to suit your beasty. Where in Brissy are you located or what area you work in? Engine number is located on the engine block left drivers end. Towards the flywheel end I beleive.
  19. G'day there. What sort of price could you do on some 18's? Kinda like something like these of similar to the Kappas
  20. OK you lost me on that one. Mechanical fuel pump I got, Not sure what you meant by "Maybe the ae90/92 4AF-C or 6AF-C carby might have a fuel pickup?" Care to dumb it down a bit for me?
  21. Looking for a fuel pump for a 1997 Toyota Corolla sedan. 1.6l Carburettor model. Thinking someone must have one lying around the place that still works fine. Other question is what other models will fit? Thanks in advance
  22. As these have the flocking sprayed on you may find that a craft shop can help you out. You get the spray glue and then the flocking that needs to be sprayed on. Check in the craft shop and am sure they can help you out. Colour matching could be a bit more interesting but will still look heaps better than it is now.
  23. Greetings folks. I am looking for a pdf manual for the 87 corolla sedan. Or at this stage instructions on removing the rear passenger doors window. All assistance greatly appreciated. SirNed
