  1. Do you know Mikey Tran pnyk33? I imagine this would make you guys rather nervous. Sad to see they are handling it this way.
  2. People are still Rick Rolling? Man that's sad. Though the drifting at the beginning was pretty sweet. Please wait a few seconds for Video to Load!
  3. William, mate, simply buy an Altezza with a beams black top in it. No hassle for p platers, and it can do this: http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=kuQTcAIzjXA
  4. Or you could just learn to drive the car for what it is. I'm so sick of Lift Fanbois. There's also issues with oil pressure having the hi-cam point set that low I'm sure. That was directed towards the OP btw BKS, not you obviously.
  5. So you're wheelspinning, which is losing traction, yet you can still go faster somehow? The ideal shift point from 1st to 2nd is 7,600 / 7,800 rpm. You land below the lift range yes, however the torque at 5,600 / 5,800 rpm pushes the car faster, and you end up in the hi-cam range without noticing anything. This was advice given by someone who actually races 2zz's.
  6. I always thought a good comeback started with actually reading the posts you were coming back to? A saint? Hardly. Can you show me where I said that I never speed? Can you show me where I said I was innocent? I made no such point, the point I made is that your posts make you look/sound like an idiot, and that is no-one's fault but yours. Might be best to actually read my posts before trying to think of a comeback, you'd be amazed at the difference a little research makes. I stand by my comment that 100k+ in a 50 zone is lunacy, I don't care what your street looks like, but I'm sure it looks better without your sportivo wrapped around a tree/pole/child somewhere along it. What makes it even more stupid is that your bragging about it on a public forum. "Got Lift" on my avatar is a dead giveaway, your right, the Corolla in that pic was doing about 200kph just before that photo was taken . . . Gran Turismo 4's Photo feature and the Nurburgring are great fun, but nice try all the same . . . ;) Once again people, I don't give a toss what you all do behind the wheel of your cars, but bragging about it on a public forum? Anything else? No? kthxbai. If you like her, you'll love this guy: http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=NL7CmfFH3lQ He's about to be visited by Constable Plod sometime soon. Update: Constable Plod came knocking. He's looking at jail time. Speeding is bad mmkay? Good day all.

  8. I will admit the braking department has taken a bit of an interest with me of late. Not looking to go bigger, but moreso, some slotted rotors and better pads maybe. I don't know though, have to do more research (which is why I clicked this thread while passing through). Cheers Bill (the intake / ITG filter is still going btw and untouched. It's worth it's weight in gold. Best mod on the car haha). Unfortunately this brake kit is D2, and if I've learnt anything, I'm never touching anything with D2 on it ever again. Especially when it's something that keeps you from dying, like brakes or suspension.
  9. Confirmation in writing that your more of an idiot that previously thought. From what I have heard, you would have trouble driving your thumb into your posterior . . . let alone controlling a car at 100kph+ on a backstreet . . . You obviously haven't had any issues with dental floss just yet . . . I cnt wayt tyl yew smsh me 4 ths pst . . . eyem lking fwd 2 eet. suck my d!ck This actually explains a lot. Now I know who the star in meatspin was.
  10. I went back. I'll take the blacktop of your hands then if you want :P
  11. That was great mate. I hardly come on here anymore, but that made my day. I know where to go for a holiday myself now. Cheers again. Initial D is a series revolving around Downhill, Uphill and Time attack street racing in Japan. It focuses on one Fujiwara Takumi, who drives an AE86 Trueno (2 door lift back rwd Corolla, started out with a 4AGE 16v motor, and was later replaced with a 240hp Group A 4AG 20v Silvertop). You own a Corolla, so it's inexcusible for you to not know of this series. Go and watch it Simo. I also don't care if you dislike Japanese animation, you are to watch it anyway haha.
  12. When someone said, quote "Owf is the new ZZE based forum. Tocau is the ZZEmo forum." I became a teeny bit frustrated at the childishness of the remark. Then I laughed. The next day when I had stopped laughing, I remembered the good old times of Tocau. I will always have them. No one can ever take that away from me. If it weren't for Tocau I wouldn't have met great friends (Micky, Jimmy, Simo, Micky C, Leroy, Bazza the CES mascot, who was last spotted climbing out of Bill's car at WSID and nicking bottles of NOS), and I also wouldn't have had the opportunity to have online barnies with people, because let's face it, online barnies are fun. With probing love, you know who you all are *rubs nipples* Nelson
  13. I'm using stock 1zz shocks with King Lows... it doesnt improve the ride quality, put it what way . Bumps definitely feel worse - but I'm certain you would be more than happy if you also put in Koni's or similar. As for Kings vs Lovells... I know nothing about the quality of Lovell's. But after speaking to badboyz (a former member of this forum) recently, he said for Lovell's he wanted in the rear (a bit lower than Superlows) it was going to cost him nigh on 500!! At that price, I'd just be waiting for some second hand King's or Whiteline's to come up in the Buy and Sell section. I'm supposed to be dead, but well, call me Zombie Nelson. I'll expand more on the above: Lovells superlows are 5 - 10mm lower (give or take) than kings. I have Koni Yellow's in my car, although I forgot to tell toperformance to reset the circlip height (ie: the springseat height) 25mm lower. This resulted in the rear, albeit sitting on superlows, to sit up 25mm more at the back. In short, it looks like a demon wedge from hell (and kind of lame). I 'was' going to order in custom lovell's for the rear 25mm lower with a higher spring rate, but as Leroy stated, it was $500 (I guess you could call them Super Super Low's). The circlip on the shock is now being machined 25mm lower locally. Lovell's and kings are a much of a muchness. They're the same I'd say. Lovell's SL seem to drop the car even more though, so I'd recommend them only if you were also swapping out the shocks for something that has enchanced stroke (in fact, i'd probably be tempted to throw kings sl in the front to bring mine up a bit more, but it looks so 'time-attack' at the moment that I just can't!) Thought I'd quickly pop this up in regards to the Koni's, as there is confusion around the rears in them at times from what I've seen. The Koni's are unreal btw. Best thing I've done to the car.
  14. Dave, Which track did they perform the tests on? Just curious. Cheers
  15. You mean the RE001 Dave? http://www.bridgestone.com.au/tyres/treads/Adrenalin.aspx
  16. Yes, I'm Dead. I'm done with Tocau and have focused more on clubs down south now. However, someone told me to look at this thread today, and I'm not really suprised. im sorry who are you again ? do i know you ? i could have sworen ive only seen you on the toyota forums so poor excuse for a human being ? LOL thats funny, cos i dont recall actually talking to you or meeting you ? mms LOL ? 1. If you have nothing nice to say, then simply don't say it. Anthony just had part of his bike torn off, you bold little turd. 2. Micky is a moderator you idiot. By all means have a go at him an belittle him. You think you'd learn from the time Northy banned you. You have the memory of a goldfish, "Mmmmm flame wars! *Flame Flame Flame* -BANNED- Where was I? Oh yeah! Flaming! *Flame Flame Flame* -BANNED- Now wh...OH YEAH! *Flame Flame Flame*" etc etc etc. 3. It's nice to see you haven't changed as you said you would. You should have never been allowed back on here. It's a privilege to be on these forums, and of late, it's people like you who have sent the standards of tocau through the floor to the proverbial sewer. You are the catalyst. I don't really care what you have to say either, because I already know what your response is going to be like: "ER lolzolzolzolzolz sukadik n'gifuked you kent" and so forth. You're too predictable these days... ...somewhat like a goldfish.

  18. Larger diameter yerh my friend once had it on his car a while back now and he started his car up next to mine on a cold day and walked out to let it warm up and it stalled infront of us lool i think tooo much air was going in or somthing like that but it was pretty funny just chocked and died lol but was fine after just sharing stories =P It's basically the same pipe dude. The larger diameter wouldn't increase the airflow that much to stall it I think. Hmm. I'd say his maf sensor was a bit grubby? errr nope. CES is slightly bigger, and yes my car wants to stall when its cold, but only when I'm on the throttle slightly and its freezing cold. Its never stopped by itself. Stoopid noobzor. Yew shood lrn 2 read n look into wot people write moar proper kekekekekekekeke lulz. Mine's never stalled either dude, and our climate here is far colder to that of Melbourne. Do you have the CES intake on there now? edit: Yes, I'm a d!ck and I should elaborate more on what I say in the future. Mmhmm. what da hells going on... first of all it wasent in my car and second of all it did stall and like i said b4 it was freaking cold trust me it wasnt in the western suburbs it was in the country side area lilydale early morning but probly like u said micky it was cold only and it wanted to stall execpt this one did stall lol but yerh and rob ur lost man... o_O" I was responding to Mick man. I agree with you Steve. /manlove your way
  19. Oh yes, I was being serious about this by the way. Melodysky Equation? You have any leads for me?
  20. Member of the Year? 12 finalists? Swimsuit competition? (Tayles and Superdave...gigiddy) Free silver membership and sticker / shirts or something? Dinner with Nelson?
  21. I reakon the Turanzas are not bad. Had it in my previous car. Grip like hell ......... They're a quiet tyre, yet have a hard compound that somehow wear out very fast. Not a fan myself :(
