  1. its a shame that toyota Aus are ******wits and think that a car like this wont sell so why bother brining it in....
  2. nah, cuase of the limited numbers of the sportivo its gonna have better resale, most of the issues have been or can be fixed without too much hassle. and im with azza 115kw at the flywheel is nothing impressive, id say pippy's levin would be faster, sure looks better too.
  3. I'll give you that one ... but too bad about your cricket team ! :P :P :P if you try to pull appart a jap built 1zz rolla and an SA built 2zz rolla they are worlds appart, the JP built ones have some serious built quality, the SA ones basically fall appart.
  4. if this picture is of the actuall exhaust it wont fit our cars
  5. one of the brisbane guys is running is "shaddow" is his forum name, i have not been in his car so send him a PM and ask i guess...
  6. well cross southside at woollangabba off the list too, returned to get my car today and the have put a dent on the drivers side behind the rear door, needless to say i expressed some disappointment...
  7. there are quite a few things i would like off that, none of them being the lame 215hp 2zz-ge :P
  8. the EFI flush is exactly that they flush out your fuel injection system, and i have no idea why they would need to do that at 20,000km....
  9. these are for pre face lift models only, neither the grill or eyelids will fit the new facelift model 1zz-fe or 2zz-ge corollas.
  10. i would not have paid for the stuff that was not asked to be done. 20K and a EFI flush??? i thought thats why they put lift in there.....
  11. CES exhausts are located in brisbane, but they are willing to send interstate at buyers expense afaik $960 for mild steel catback $1060 for s/steel catback might as well go stainless as it looks better n lasts longer :) up to u really tbh its actually $960 for a S'Steel Catback with mild steel flanges and $1060 for a S'Steel Catback with S'Steel flanges.
  12. if you do both then you are in front even more :)
  13. you need an offset of around 43+ and they will fit
  14. for those that dont know, we are heading down to the Broad Water Car Park for bit of a look, Meeting at Sunnybank Maccas @ 8pm or at BWCP around 9pm we will prolly be over near the pool side, see you there Corey
  15. what car are you talking about? plus if its new just tell the dealer you want a new one and you want it now, thats what happened when i got my first rolla, week later it was ready to go.
  16. the yaris as well as just about all new cars come with a steering wheel lock, if you turn the wheel after you take the key out the wheel will lock in place and wont be released untill you put the key back in. This would be as good as any steering wheel lock that you can purschase.
  17. unless the unichip is a stand alone ECU its not better then a Power FC, if you ask around you will find that the guys that have Unichips are impressed when they first get them and over the time the gains that the Unichip gives you wear off as the stock ECU learns around it. Just checked out the DASTEK site and there is no mention of a new Unichip??
  18. normaly get around 8, somtimes its more sometimes its less, but there should be fair few out tonight so feel free to come along. :)
  19. ill be there who else? would be nice to see some of the new members out i know there are afew that have not been to the thursday night meets.
  20. So are you saying it drones ? here we go :P
  21. oldmac at springwood will take you car with a smile, give it to the mechanics let them take it for a joyride break stuff, claim that it never happend, tell you to go jump, then after a call to toyota Aus they will ring you back and suck the **** off your boots and tell you that they will fix everything that they didn't break.....
  22. inside looks very nice, i think they could have done more with the outside, inside gets the thumbs up from me also. but the most important part is the engine, what are they going to do.....
