Was the dyno test taken in the same day and same humality? A stright pipe who no muffler will definitly out flow the one with a muffler. I personally gain 10kw more with stright pipe in my rex. your rex has a turbo, the dyno runs were done back to back.

these things have been dyno proven to loose power...noise dont equal power..

i wonder if it works as well as Mercs accident avoidance system.....

anything that breaks, the replacements come from japan says somthing about the quality of parts...im guessing anything that breaks wont brake a 2nd time.

mate when your olden holden has seen the same level of mods as my sportivo then you cant start to comment on things that you dont know much about. Also your V8 is putting out ~42kw per L. My 2zz on the other hand is putting out ~94kw per L so thats over twice as much, so buy the looks of things the old V8 is just an ozone layer burning tank.... *FLAME SUIT ON!!*

like i said, ring toyota aus. the parts for my gearbox were ex JP and 5-6 week wait, rang toyota Aus car was fixed in under 2 weeks...

ring the dealer and tell them to put it back together and call you when the part comes in, if they dont do this ring toyota Australia and get really really mad, trust me this works

there is a silver one in Lismore NSW, and the dealer wont go below 32K, its bit on the $$$ side but its an option.

would that also be due to the tyres not being as good? i know that both you guys ran 16's with AD07's....

i was also going down the SC route, after talking with jason a turbo setup is going to alot better bang for buck.

you are putting alot of faith in toyota to deliver a car that they just wont be able to make, as well its toyota and they suck at most things sporty

try going into 1st then reverse.

all of us are running 7/5

if you go 16's you will have better tyre selection AD07's etc appart from that i dont think the ride would vary alot between the 16 and 17's

1) engines are not cheap, im looking at around 7-8K to replace mine. 2) a sportivo will do 235+. been there done that.
