  1. just wondering, how would toyota know if the paint protection has been touch? A very valid question. To be honest....not sure. The only thing I can think of is by running some form of chemical analysis.........would they bother? Again not sure. FYI, I was always skeptical about "Dealer Paint Protection", I think the devil is in the details. either they run some chemical or unless they have some sort of little device/machine that reads it? LOL +1 devil and also a waste of money imo.
  2. a few Sportivo I've seen has the fog lights the same colour as the car. Not really a big fan of it,prefer it black (but that's just me)

  4. i thought so,it was just hard to see in people's photo if it was on the line or not LOL. My mate brought the seals from toyota and gave them to me,cause he wasn't using it. so ill re-fit the lip during the weekend. thanks kenshin.
  5. hey guys,I've recently brought a rear lip off a member on the forum. I was wondering if the rear bar (towards the bottom has a line/ curve). Is the lip met to line up with the rear bar line or a bit lower? its marked out in blue on the picture. Any infomation would be nice. thanks. ^_^ This is what my rear is looking like at the moment.

  11. Haha! Know the feeling Ghostivo! I have it every time when I see car next to me opening door. I feel like saying "let me open the door for you Sir/Madame" and they would say "No No it's ok! I like opening the door of my sh!tbox myself so I have the pleasure of hitting another persons car" "I like the sound of it you know?" LOL what's even more scary is when they are trying to push the trolley in between the cars to reach the boot!! Yeah, thats another thing that gives me the first class sh!ts, d!ck heads that try and squeeze a trolley beetween cars when theres barely enough room to walk beetween them, seriously whats wrong with people, I think when these dingbats were in line for brains, they must of been at the back of the line and they must of ran out of brains and were given sh!t instead, because it amazes me how stupid people some can get. hahahah dingbats !! i've seen people push trolley in between cars to get to there car,but when they see someone else do it they give them look and get paranoid too LOL.. There are alot of weird/stupid/ no brain people in this world. but i guess we all have to live with it.

  14. +1 totally agree. what i usually try and do is park it away from everyone else, even though its a far walk but I'm fine with that, but not all places you can park by yourself.so i take a look around and see where the cars are parked,e.g if they are in there lane or a bit over the white line, also what type of car it is etc. But what really S*** me the most is when you come back to your car, you see the car park next to you is opening the door without caution, i always stand and look and wait for a hit or scratch ( the scary feeling running inside of not knowing what's going to happen until they drive off i feel relief )
  15. i saw one round the area. had white plates with black characters (CHR-xxx)? couldn't remember the plate, but it was a 2005 model, also had a rear lip too.

  21. woah whoops didnt realise it was so big when i clicked on it, added new image :) ps not cracked at all just gutter rash. Was thinking of taking skirt off and sanding it back lightly and putting new paint and gloss on it ?? if its just gutter rash, then sanding it back is the best way and check if it's even,if not put abit of nikki/ bog to cover it up and sand it to get a flat surface. also primer the fix area and colour and clear then it will look brand new again :D
