  1. I'd like to know waht price you can get for the Booster tuning 'Big' roofspoiler (not the WRC one!!!) I think it's part # TOY-006. There is also a new rear skirt they have designed for the 05 Corolla I think some people here should check it out because it looks SWEET!!!!! Booster Tuning There is also a body kit I was looking at last night that looked interesing but I can't remember what it was... I'll check again tonight and get back to you again!!!
  2. Meaning anacoluthon n : an abrupt change within a sentence from one syntactic structure to another pedantic adj : marked by a narrow focus on or display of learning especially its trivial aspects pederast n : a man who has sex (usually sodomy) with a boy as the passive partner **isn't Dictionary.com a wonderful thing :D **
  3. pedantic and its's anacoluthon Azza :P
  4. I call mine 'Tinkerbell' after the little fairy in Peter Pan who sprinkles fairy dust, because when I sprinkle the magic 'Lift' dust she starts to fly :P And I also like to 'tinker' with it too (ie mods) :D
  5. I'm with Craig, as Steve is in the UK I'd be more interested in some of the stuff from Europe then Japan (Booster Tuning especially ^_^ ^_^ ^_^ ) I'll take a look tonight and get back to you :D
  6. be carful of illuminated suff plates.. they burn out after a few months.. we had a load of TTE ones and they did not last that long. It may have just been that batch we had.. worth checking out through ← A few of us have had these on for a few months now, Steve, with no problems at all... :D
  7. This is exactly the reason why I said $3000-$5000... I've seen it before on my mums '93 Subaru Liberty (almost exactly the same though it did move the radiator) and that cost the insurace company ~$8000 to fix...
  8. here's a few pics of the Silver ones in Med and Small size on my car :D - The medium one is on the top, as you can see it is slightly larger then the mounted brake light - The small ones were specifically designed to go on the rear quarter window as in the pic, to my measurements, but you are free to place where ever you see fit :P Thanks to Bill for making it happen... Cheers Dylan
  9. Good to know it was only a low speed incident and all parties are OK... but bugger mate... :( shoud be about $3000-$5000 worth of repairs I think, definately more then the $850 excess if that is your concern. Hope you have it fixed soon. With no internal damage (only facial damage to the front bar and crossbeam I can' imaging it will take too ling to fix, just depends on how long your Insurace company take to act.
  10. then you all drove off and all checked into the mental institution :P
  11. ignition-X is the only place I know of $55.. but they need to be painted, unless he can source some Genuine TMC ones for you but they are a bit more expensive. Contact details can be found in the parts locations sticky at the top of the page...
  12. AHHHHHHHHHHHH that photo was taken at Marion shopping centre.... I'm getting home sick.... yeah and good for Ed he needs a good break after being dumped by Mitsubishi. At least he got Cody Crockers drive in the Asia Pacific China round because it clashed with Rally Canberra, be it in a Subaru, but he's driven them before too in the Liberty RS turbo days..
  13. this is what you want.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/AEM-COLD-AI...21182QQtcZphoto All those ones are Short Ram Intakes Brands to look for are AEM, INJEN and TRD Short Ram Intakes are OK, you just don't get the as cold air as you do from the CAI which pulls from the front, bottom corner of the car. The SRI pulls air from the top of the engine bay...
  14. When I come down to collect my exhaust from my parents (and play them a visit :P) we'll have to try and break that record!!! :D
  15. No comment :P Though I'm not in SA any more and it wasn't on a Toyota cruise...
  16. I did admit the air tyres would degrade faster but you'd be waiting 10 years to see any REAL difference.
  17. To answer the legality issue, most HIDs are not ADR compliant and imported from HK or Japan. The Philips 'Blue Vision' and 'Crystal Vision' are the only ones I know of that are ADR compliant. ADR compliance becomes and issue in the event of an accident as it will invalidate your insurance and you will be held legally responsible (if it occurs at night) for not having approved lighting.
  18. ooooooooooooo I'd pay to see you squeeze midgets into the boot of a Sportivo :D :D :D :D :D That sounds like awesome fun, someone has to organise it... if not midgets... anyone game to see how may people we can cram in to the car :) EDIT: now if you actually used the home theatre in the back of your stivo... then we have a record :P :D And again, that would be something to see :D
  19. that's hardly a record, it's purely your opinion of your home theatre system... I also forgot the flat packed computer desk in the back of my car too along with all that other crap...
