Right, thats it, Who is up for a cruise and overnight stay to Canberra this october for the festival, Melb guys can drive up, we can drive down, it will be a massive meet and a VERY drunken evening :D. ← We'll have to make a meet in Adelaide next January for the Schutzenfest also :P

IMEK- I'm sure it helps that Toyota Poland provided you with new clutches under warranty when you killed yours after 10,000 kms but we in Australia are not as lucky. We are trying to conserve our clutch as Toyota has already stated many times that they will not do anything for out clutches even though we have a design fault that they will not acknowledge. Plus I also like my gearbox in the shape it is in at the moment (and 1 piece) so no flat shifting for me or dumping the clutch unless you wish to fork out for my repairs!!! -

New Engine fro your Clubman!!!

The point is to race the clubman (or that type of vehicle) in a competitive catagory it must be a 1.6L engine block or less. Adding a turbo, S/C or going larger capacity puts you against a max 6L engine (eg Cobras) Currently the favourite amongst Clubman owners is the Toyota 4A-GE, heavilly modified still though mind you. But I take your point, a larger capacity VVTLi would be nice too... But why not go all out and design it into the 3.0L V6??? -

just an FYI the 1zz's dont have the same tubes that connect to the stock airbox. we dont have any at all like the 2zz ← I thought there were still some that needed to be sealed but I guess, my boo boo :P Cheers for that Northy
