  1. 1ZZ what the???(anyway i'll attempt to follow on.... printed all over
  2. HATE TO BE THE ONE TO SAY I TOLD YOU SO BUT I WILL ANYWAY I TOLD YOU SO!!!!!! :P :P :P Lucio only joking man but upon speaking to my suspension wholesalers the only massed produced replacement strut for the sportivo that's readily available is Koni's. KYB also had no part listing in thier catalugue either. Good luck with whatever you chose mate ;)
  3. Lucio I'm not discrediting you but by the same token don't want to see you spend $$$ on something that mighten fit. :( I'm as interested as the next bloke to see if Eibach actually have something to fit the Stivo as their 2005 catalogue has no listing for any corolla past 2001 Ae112. Just curious as to another option to koni's for roughly the same money or cheaper or dearer. But from what most in the industry tell me they'll most likely be dearer. But I stand to be corrected if you can get them at a cheap price then by all means snap em up!!(Then brag about it!!!)
  4. For that price they're obviously not adjustable. And are they the right ones for a Stivo?
  5. I inquired with my suspension wholesaler today and they have no listing on eibach struts for the current zz series corolla. would like to know where you guys are getting your info from and that price seem way too cheap for eibach's. BTW the stivo has a 51mm leg on the front strut compared to the other models 46mm.
  6. Talking about over drive, you should have a chat to Wei Wei. He overdrives his Stivo all the time.
  7. 18 models of Boring cosmetic changes like this one has an extra headrest and colour coded mudflaps!
  8. I inquired with my supplier about Eibach struts for the corolla and they don't have a listing for them yet only as far as an AE112 corolla. But they did say that the Eibach's would be very expensive compared to the Koni's and they even couldn't justify the difference in price.
  9. If you want Silver membership then that honour should only be bestowed upon the owner of such a worthy vehicle- A silver Stivo!!!!! So therefore we should get a discount??? LOL!!!
  10. Errm sorry to burst your bubble but I can't see a 1zz beating a VTI-R Civic. Lighter car with more power, revs etc. Might be smaller in capacity but has many other factors that sway the advantage to the Civic. I have run a VTI-R civic coupe and got him top end of 1st and kept pulling away; but that's VVTL-I!!
  11. Jim Berry clutch (Son of Chuck Berry!)
  12. We mighten have had a dyno dynamics dyno but at least our food was all free!!!!!!
  13. They can have Kyle; he's got no co-ordination and he's usually under the weather if you know what I mean. They need Nav to help G money pick Kyle up when he falls on his a55 after we tackle him. Northy bring some tools we got another Strut brace to fit. :)
  14. Well done Carlo good to see some numbers at last. Just hope that they all turn up!!! Will be interesting to see what results the day churns out ;)
  15. With 18's I'd definatley stay with Kings Lows. With super lows you'll have a harsh ride and your wheels depending on offset etc will scrub and touch on the innergaurd and on lock etc. More trouble than it's worth :(
  16. Is the $600 fitted for the Kings Lows? Cause if it is that friggen expensive. City Suspension in Brisbane charged about $430 from memory to Supply and fit kings lows and a 4 wheel alignment. Why the extra cost of fitting the springs if you get the eibachs as they have to fit your old springs anyway. I smell a bit of a rip off either in the fitting or the price they are quoting you for the Kings. I can Supply Kings lows for about $210 front/rear.
