  1. The sticker with the web address is the old stickers and are no longer being made. The new stickers are the only ones available now. Please stop asking for the old ones as a refusal may offend..... New design stickers are available from myself and moderators in your state/area. I will be picking up a new batch next week. Again cost is $10 plus postage/packaging to your door(usually about $3) this is for registered post only. No exceptions.
  2. I could supply struts for well under 400 just for the rear.
  3. I think of it more as Yahoo, more useful for searching even if it takes a little longer to load :P yes you do have a good point there my red headed friend :P
  4. 1. eSEXSIX - Aurion 2. (non forum member) - M5 BMW 3. ROL14 4. TRD Aurion Owner 5. 11TWO (maybe dependent on when it will be) 6. Evo7 - Corolla 7. DJKOR 8. Silvabullit - Hilux or Kombi.(prolly the Kombi) that will test his skills to hide the blemishes LOL!! Do we have a date in mind and a place???? that will depend on whether I can make it.
  5. sweet....thanks mate....thats the ride height I want. for now we will also be running the stock 16's too. I do have a set of Kings Lows for a ZRE istting in my shed if you are interested.... PM me.
  6. If superdave is the "data collector" then I must be "google" that the "data collector" consults regularly LOL
  7. Stocks are limited in Australia and i did buy the last set known of in early November for someone from TOCAU. If there is none in Australia then it'll be a 5 week wait. Cost wise I can get them for roughly $1300-1400 delivered depending on where you are. Every set I have sold so far have not had a bad word about them and the owners who have them fitted them absolutely love them.
  8. that's because it is fat LOL Like someone punched it in the nose and it has swelling hehehehehehe
  9. One very time consuming process that should be undertaken only by someone with experience as if you stuff it up you'll make your car lets say not so nice to drive or expensive to buy another manifold. Manifold runners are pretty damm big for a N/A car so I couldn't see making them bigger much of a gain without adding a bigger throttle body and then a tunable aftermarket ECU.
  10. I might see if CES have an old one lying around and I 'll cut it up and take some pics.
  11. I was there too but Superdave and JC did no shows????? Boys are you going soft or what????
  12. Why not just get Northy to take some pics??? He's already in Brisbane and has camera's and gear that are worth more than my civic X 2.....
  13. Small flap inside the rear muffler. Interesting how the EPA answered your question mate. Must have certainly got someone with some common sense and half a brain as most of them fear for walking on grass for the sake of killing a bug.....
  14. the stock sportivo cat is very big for a 1.8L engine. It is actually bigger CFM wise as a Cat for a 3.8L commodore. for the amount of money to buy an aftermarket cat vs gains it just really isn't worth it. the gains would certainly be almost unnoticable.
  15. So what resonator do you have??? Or don't you have one at all...... Like Jaderd mentioned, he has a stock one put in. Your point? Stock resonator is a restriction with 2.5" system. Prove it. Guni you of all people who should know that i have already proved it. Ever heard of the CES catback system??? I helped design it and then tested it on my car outlaying my own money. So spend some of your own money on some R & D and prove me wrong ro do you want someone else to do all the hard work for you. I've done my share would you like to do yours for the TOCAU community?? *YAWN* I'm asking you to prove what you said about the Varex Muffler not being able to do its job. Shut it off and it becomes quiet, opens it and you get more omph as it becomes a straight thru muffler. Seems to do its job to me. Furthermore, no one ever said you didn't do what you did and how much is enough? Seen my sussy thread? bla bla bla bla bla could go on forever so I better not even start ....... I'm not here to re-invent the wheel, merely asking why. If its legit, y so worked up? This just reminds me that I'm in a ZZEmo forum       I proved it mate the CES rear muffler doesn't need a flap to make power and doesn't make crap noises. The Varex needs the flap to stop noise or you'll get pinged by the boys in blue so it only works with the ricey crap sound they make.how restricted is it with the flap shut?? won't get pinged for having a CES rear can on your car as it tests DB legal. As for a Varex Muffler being legal I guess you better ask RTA what they think of that one........
  16. Jump on TOCAU Uk and ask the boys there if it will fit and supply some pics. Pretty sure you will get the right info.

  18. Just added some new Lightforce Spot lights and very soon some Rhino roof racks and alloy luggage basket which will have 2 more spot lights mounted on the front.
  19. The guy from Liverpool exhaust is a *****. Enough said. He makes a lot of claims but real proof and physical evidence nobody has really seen. His theory of 2.25" is a joke. Maybe he owns a Levin and not a Sportivo where then 2.25" would be ok. Custom headers with long primaries are generally to increase the torque of the engine. But in fitting something like this requires a complete mid section being remade and then modifying the wiring for the O2 sensor to reach as the sensor would be further back in the tunnel. A lot of work to be done before they can even be fitted to the car. the stock Sportivo header design is essentially a 4-2-1 set up with shorter pipes. A custom set up is essentially the same but with longer pipes. The stock headers are almost equal length in design and for those who have actually removed a mid section and headers off their car you will notice the following.... The collector end of the stock mid section or down pipe has a divider in it. The headers pipes are paired in their firing orders so that 2 cylinders pipes fire into each side of the mid section. The pipe is also double walled which is mainly to reduce noise but also a bit stronger. This mid section with a divider in it goes almost to the cat convertor in fact you can see where it ends as the diameter of the mid section reduces down just before it enters the cat itself. There is another mod that could be done for those who wish to try. I was going to remove the step down pipe section and make it the same size into the cat and see what it does to power etc on a dyno. But I no longer own a sportivo so someone else can have a go at being the Guinea Pig LOL So all in all the stock set up is a 4-2-1 but designed in such a way that is requires little space and is essentially fairly efficient. I did look into getting CES to make me some headers with long primaries but the cost factor and knowing that the mods I was going to do to the car would be limited to simple bolt ons and no internal work as it was my wife's car I never persued it. CES said it would make more torque low down and mid range and aid a bit top end but without other internal work(cams etc) bang for buck it wasn't really worth it(like @$1200 for tuned length mandrel bent in stainless). Ported stock headers is the way to go. Improve low to mid range out of sight and those like Northy who had TRD headers sold them and got ported Stock headers from CES and couldn't believe the difference. I can personally vouch for Brad from Westside mufflers as I know him personally and his work is top shelf. If I were in Sydney I'd get him to port my stock headers and tidy them up any day. My car made 121.8KW atw with CES cat back, CES ported headers, TRD CAI and an ITG pod filter. Car did this with 107 000k's on it as well. My car started stock with 105kw atw. Peak power figures shows a decent gain but the mid range where the torque hole between 4-6000rpm is was basically gone which was my aim right from the beginning to make the car nice to drive everyday intraffic.
  20. Pre facelift for me all the way. Facelifts have a big bulbous fat nose. Prefacelifts have agressive fast looks and the raw power to boot......
  21. So what resonator do you have??? Or don't you have one at all...... X force Varex...... for those who cannot get a muffler to do the right job and make power without making ridiculous "noisepower".......
  22. Not necessarily as tests on the qtr mile show that the Corolla was quicker from the results that I saw...
  23. that's not me wrong colour LOL that's Xoom's cousin Habib doing deliveries for the kebab shop!!
  24. I wish there was someone here that is totally happy with their tyre service but located in Victoria! <_< Guni... how many times to do i have to say South Melbourne Tyres within ear shot of you!
