    TINT

Too bad you're in Perth. I recently had our Camry tinted with 35% tint and lifetime warranty all round for 180. Same price for 15%, etcetc. He can do 5% too, but there's no lifetime warranty on 5% tint. Drive over to Sydney Bondee! :D
  3. Castle Hill Toyota stock a lot of them! Check it out: http://www.chtoyota.com.au/parts.asp
  4. It's so much easier to install on facelift taillights. But I agree, take the lights out, it's not that hard. It'll make your job so much easier! =)
  5. Serious? Ok wait, is your Corolla built in Japan or SA? I am coming up with a different theory now - SA built Corolla's get the blue tinted shade windscreens, while the Japan built Corolla's get a clear windscreen with no blue tint shade. The reason I even took notice in the first place was because, we recently had a tree fall on my levin whilst driving one day, and shattered our windscreen and plenty of damage to the body. Anyways, O'Brien replaced the windscreen under insurance and at first when I saw the new windscreen, I was like - Wow! It's got a nice blue tint at the top to kill out some of the sun's glare. Our original windscreen did not have this, but then I started noticing that all Sportivo's have it, and now Jeremy confirms that his non sportivo has it too.. wth, LOL.
  6. Hey everyone, I was just wondering if anyone on this board who works at Toyota, or any other member might be able to answer a few questions that I've been wondering about for quite a while now. First off, why is it that the Sportivo's get a different windscreen to the rest of the Corolla range? I only just started noticing that all Sportivo's windscreen have a blue tint shade on their factory windscreen, where as all the rest of the Corolla ranges have a clear windscreen with no blue tint shade at the top. And secondly, why is it that it seems (well at least to me anyways), Toyota Australia brings in a set of 4 slimline visors for almost every other Toyota model, except for the Corollas? See, the previous ZZE range didn't have this as an accessory listed (had to be imported), and the current ZRE range also doesn't have it available as an option. Now, I know these aren't important questions as such, but just somethings I've been wondering. So let the discussion begin.. :P - Kenneth
  7. Looks to be some sort of rear lip molded into the factory bumper, some sort of side skirts, and some sort of front skirt... I'm not much help am I, Jeremy? HAHA. But I have to say, I'm not a fan of his/her wheels.. nor am I a fan of the taillight eyelids.
  8. Wow, I would've thought Repco stores would've carried such an item. =O Otherwise if you really can't find them, maybe some members here in the east may be able to help you source some. =)
  9. I think that they may just be the JDM Tail Lights. The 'holes' that you see, might just be because of the angle it's taken at? Though I'm not too sure, maybe someone else can confirm..
  10. cheers YUSman! but yeah, the Yoko's are exactly that.. saw one today, tread pattern sets them apart from the others but so do the cost.. we'll see thanks for the referral KT668, i appreciate it! but no i haven't seen any Michelins whats so ever.. i have heard and read good things about them but as they would, expensive tyres get better coverage btw why is your car at a panel beater ? Sorry, such a LATE reply, but the car is at the panel beater because a tree fell on my car the other day @ Burwood.. almost died. It SHOULD be back on the road at the end of this week.. if not next week.
  11. Such a tease! ahaha MOAAAAARRRRR!!!111111... LOL =P
  12. That rocker cover is damn nice!! ahhhh Can you fly over to Sydney and do mine? HAHA =D

Goodluck to all the HSC'ers out there! hahha Wow, its been two years now since I did mine.. now i feel old..time flies! haha =P
  16. Did you end up doing yours yet Ken?
  17. Yeah genuine stickers area heaps cool! I have one on my rear windscreen =) On top of that, they're not that much more expensive over a replica/copy.
  18. I too, have a TRD sticker on my Corolla.. I must be a ricer.. LOL [sarcasm I'm sure it adds 5kW atw to my Corolla /sarcasm] COME ON! Seriously, a sticker is an aesthetic mod, leave it alone! This is an example of a rice-mobile: I'm sure no one's Corolla (or any Toyota for that matter) looks anything like that. and LOL @ Simo!
  19. You won't get high-beamed if you aim it correctly. It took me a while to get it to the perfect position for me - didn't blind oncoming, and could still see where i'm going. Anyhow, here are the images as requested of the 5200K HIDs; and just another to show the diff between Philips Blue Vision and 5200k HIDs; Goodluck with the install Tiet, you'll love them! Brings night driving to an all new level! :P
  20. My mate has a set of Mars Performance 4300K kit off Ebay, and they work heaps good! The quality seems to be pretty good as well. It can be easily had for 100. Might want to look into those. I'll post pics later when I'm at home. =)
  21. I agree with the other Kenneth. TRDYUS is bringing sexy back! Heh, but I think it's the standard Sportivo kit with mods, like removed the grey 'mesh' areas, and molded into the body. Anyways, great job regardless mate!
  22. LOL. But it's a sticker? How can a sticker on someone's car make them look like an idiot? It's a cheap aesthetic 'modification' whether you like it or not. And besides, atleast they are TRD stickers/badges on a TOYOTA. Aren't you glad we don't stick MUGEN, RALLIART or NISMO on our cars? HAHA
  23. how much did ur mtech hid kit cost u? >< My kit cost me 300 posted. It was a special MTEC kit that only came in H7 (5200K) with HID globes manufactured by G.E.. The globes made by G.E. are supposed to last really long. We'll see about that. But the cut off is pretty sharp for being in a halogen reflector.. so I'm happy with that! :P
  24. Spotted a white Sportivo on Lane Cove Road/Centenary Drive today at about 5.45'. Could it possibly be you TRDYUS? I think the rear skirt was molded into the bumper.
