    EGR is a really bad design plus you blokes now have dpf as well between the both motors suck so much crap that should be strait out of the exhaust

    Ive got seats from a 98 hilux i its of any value couldnt be sure they would fit

    Checked the oil levels in both gearbox &transfer box ,maybe check the breathers not blocked. .

    Firstly take the valve cover off check ,check for something loose, broken check valve clearances

    How are you Phil I bought a pioneer with plug and play wiring adaptors Get them at Frankies ,Repco ,Ashdowns ect but beware my steering wheel conts worked with the old toyota radio but not with the new one

    With all you have done maybe its a bit tight , But is the thermostat good even being new could be a dud Waterpump check the impellor on the shaft could be slipping , You mentioned your radiator not genuine be worth checking
