Just so you guys know, you can bargain them down a fair bit if you know how to or just want to save some $ Ages ago I bought my first set at a special price of $125ea. for 195/50/15 I told them that I needed a 4 wheel allignment as well as would pay cash. It ended up costing me $600 total.

Thanks guys The RE001's were very good, a good bang-for-your-buck tyre thats for sure. Quiet, awesome grip and not too bad in the wet. I really don't have anything bad to say about it. I went with Kumho's this time 'round as they were only abit more expensive but with softer compound. Definitely more noise and stiffer sidewalls but that doesn't phase me too much. Will keep the updates coming, tomorrow maybe.

I know that these wheels won't appeal to alot of people but I personally like them so that's fine by me. Plus, I wanted a change and I got it. Had the rear guards lipped further this arvo and first impressions are: These KUMHO sidewalls are stiff! That's ok - they are near semi-slick compound so thats understandable. Still scrubbing slightly on bumps/dips so going in for a wheel alignment and see how much camber I get in. Have parts coming next week. Will post then. cheers

hahah lol u dont have to have to buy an expensive one lol pfft cheap RC cars are for kids! How much would a decent electirc kit or car set me back (one that can do drifts yo!), with a body and paint n stuff like that :D Second hand TT01s ready to run go for about 200 bucks

I rate Tamiya bodies far greater than HPI, found HPI to be very disproportionate in terms of scale. Anyway, light kits: This is my wiring diagram And finished The accessories like mufflers can be bought at hobby stores

I live near springy but study in Footscray, coincidentally only on Wednesday too. I'll see if I can make it to one of your meets. I know Ray, is that his R32 in the White Winter 'shoot? Its gone a long way!

My visors arrived last week from Japan but never got 'round to taking pics Gotta love EMS postage. Cost me a fortune though. Genuine Toyota FX-GT window visors, the rears don't fit as they are shorter. Fitment Also had a hit and run while I was at work. Never, ever shop at Coles.

Work has cut most of my shifts so I'll see if I can drop by. Won't be dynoing as I'm scared I'll take out the lowest HP award :P (If there was one) -
Just some happy snaps after a car wash. Not much done since, had the radiator installed. Now waiting on my new wheels to come from Japan. The interior is quite messy so I didn't worry too much about quality shots. Thanks for looking
