  1. Pretty much sums it up, the element of surprise and the thrill of the drive makes it all worthwhile.
  2. Am I the only one who noticed this? No. Oh you. Time to tszuj up your Aurion. Where shall we start?
  3. Might pay to have a look at the harmonic balancer, the rubber/bonding can let go, especially if it has been covered in oil at any stage.
  4. These guys have old school Toyotas covered. http://www.toymods.org.au/forums/
  5. Keep in mind that once you remove the airbag, the car will become unroadworthy. QLD Police love it when you do this.
  6. Hell of a build, huge amounts of money and fabrication into a build like this, good work!
  7. Each to their own, I think we should let the thread get back to what the opening post had intended.
  8. Seriously?Yes, I do not like stainless, I believe I have made that clear. You can use whatever you like, it's up to you. You asked for advice, I gave you advice based on my experiences.
  9. No, no he most definitely was not.-- You havent changed a bit Trent.. lol News for you mate.. remember those JASMA headers for the GT4 that were stainless? They worked quite well.. and did not crack as you kept telling me they would. haha. I took them out in the end as the heat generated was too much. But there was a noticeable increase in power. Only going by previous experiences, I would not waste my time or money on fitting them. Clearly they weren't worth the "noticable increase in power" seeing that you removed them.
  10. No, no he most definitely was not.
  11. I like where this is going.
  12. I bought the same catch(in black), the packaging is ridiculous! However, quality is extraordinary!
  13. I did not forget anything. The user has not been online since that date.

  15. You have to remove the glovebox. It is attached to the crash bar in behind it.
  16. Did you create any sparks? Or forget to disconnect the battery before doing the work?
  17. Wildseven you didn't show up at last nights meet, what happened to wanting to attend meets?
  18. Extra weight = Greater strain on braking system, there are reasons for signs like these. They should also state(however don't) caravans and car trailers as well. At least use a lower gear especially on hills.
  19. Sorry to say but it sounds like it's game over. From what you described you have overheated the engine and possibly melted something. One last thing you could try whilst the plugs are out is to get a bar and socket onto the crank pulley and try and turn it over(clockwise direction only) by hand. If it doesn't move then I am sorry but you will need to replace/rebuild the engine.
