Repairable write-off ? isnt that an oxymoron? Like friendly fire or peace missile It should never have happened,people are paying good money for nice cars,also prestige cars which some backyard **** has fixed up and makes a big profit while the unsuspecting new owner is risking his/her life AND money driving it.. A write-off is a write-off and thats that. As for hail damage that should be classified as something else..They should've been more specific from the beginning...How many near new cars have you spotted and thought hmmm something just not right with that car...HEAPS

I'd say go with the realstic side of your brain, I dont mind the Rukus except the auto bit puts me off, unless it was a 6. It might also turn out to be a fad where down the track you may say,why did I buy that Then again thats just me,Iam a huge hatchback fan... The Levin modified will always look hotter than a rukus, there is only so much you can do to a box... Yeah go Levin I say ;) edit: Same platform as Corolla and bigger motor,which I like but do you know what they weigh?

So thats $2000 for the kit and $1200 for the TRD sticker :o I looked at it when I bought my car and was tempted(alot cheaper then) but aren't as low as I want. Do you have your mind set on these or would you go coilovers? or other top brand shock/springs? Even though they say TRD I dont know who makes the springs but I think TOKICO make the shocks.. Also I read that EIBACH make TRD springs for TRD USA (nothing to do with Japan)

Nice Pete, new lights and a Blade front would be nice :P What would be nice is in a few years to have Blade front cuts as common as 4AGE front cuts...Wishful thinking on my part :(

Chasers, AE86s, Cressidas, old school Corollas etc... if we're lucky... an ex 12 hour Bathurst AE92. Rules will apply to them as it will to us. Also a really good chance to meet new faces because that's what TOCA is about :P No probs Kev, I know others will come too but I didnt see it necessary to have JDM list... I know that AE92 you mentioned, I bought the roll cage from it from the original owner :P

Most of us are wondering what it would like,not a fan but anyway.. It almost is a perfect fit, as just posted in ZRE thread this white one with facelift tail lights looks perfect but obviously a slight difference in the shape,only slight.. As you can see a slight shadow below the light and see the difference in following pics.....

Why is there a JDMST list up as well? Few on it are on here I know but isnt TOCA cool enough?

I guess I am yet to see what it looks like. I've always wondered that when they are rolling if you can see the brakes through them. Yep brakes are visible,they really do look good rolling.. Thats how i choose my wheels,need to see them rolling first ;)

I know you understand. I like the Modellista garnish too from a distance,Its just a bit too shiny,they should've made it like TRD finish.. As for my TRD lip, I do like it(sometimes) but not 100% sure yet as I have other ideas.. Thanks again johnnieboi,you have a way with words :D
