hiya all , does anyone hav the new version 14 of the factory sat nav dvd.?

Whats are the changes over Version 13.?

all i can say is that the v13 is WAY outta date... it doesnt even have my street on there...

and we've been here for about 2yrs now... :huh:

How about Clayton Road (Victoria postcode 3168), other part of this street has been there probably 20 years now.

so i googled ver.14 and several sites came up with it as a download, However being a pc noob, i found i dont know how to get it to work on my pc, ?

Anyone wanna hav a crack at it ,?

Yes - I believe so - One interesting: same version 14 but Garman and few others can show speed cameras, redlights .... but Toyota not. A friend of mine told me: data is there but the software from Toyota (or its contractor) is dumb.

i went to navman.com, found a great deal!! they are taking back old Navman and exchange for a new S30 with v.14 map, for just around AUD150? farking cheap~ i am arranging to send mine back and get a new navi with new map~~

but... headache.. my another car has the built-in Blaupunkt.. a CD will be needed... :angry: :angry:

Does anyone know if the Toyota Navigation Map DVD can be copied? I have a Presara with v.13. Had a quick look and the DVD is just over 5Gig. That means a dual layer DVD will be required, has anyone tried a DVD+R or DVD-R dual layer to see if the system can read from the blue DVDs ?

It does not know the car position within Melba & Mullum Mullum tunnels - Ok with other tunnels in Victoria and NSW (don't know other states).

mmm lol i stopped seeding that torrent long ago. I uploaded it in march sometime (after buying 2008 model presara) and stopped seeding after about 1 month. I am overseas right now and dont have access to my home desktop (i think the gf turned the comp off to save energy.... i normally dont turn my desktop off so i can remote desktop). Problem is now i cant seed for a while since Im moving houses when I get back to Aus and net will take a while to set up.

I know at least 4 or 5 ppl on this forum I have uploaded to so if you guys can seed for a week or so it will help out others.

Also Sanz can you remove the direct link from your post, I am pretty sure it violates the rules of this forum.... just search the file using mininova is good enough.

danny, the TNS in the aurion's are part of the screen... well, at least mine is anyway...

thanks for your info, coz i remember my lexus and a friend's bmw has the player/module(seperate from screen)..

anyway, called blaupunkt, the whole ordering system is XXXX, need to fax them in written, and it cost AUD400!!!

<_< oh well... bought it.. and waiting for new pioneer system to come out and lower the old avic system which cost $2.7k now, for meantime, stay with my blau and wait..

anyone wanna book my blau navigation system till i sell? line 2-3 months? lolz ;)

p/s: who wants the v14 navi disc for toyota? Just pay the money for disc and postage~ labour: free ^^"

i have left my torrent on for a few weeks now and mananged to upload about 19 gig.. will keep it going for a while.. luckey i dont pay for my uploads :)

      2011 Land Cruiser 1VD-FTV Engine Won't Start After Overhaul

      Hi everyone, I have a 2011 Land Cruiser VDJ200 with a 1VD-FTV engine. I recently had the engine fully overhauled due to a blown head gasket. However, after the overhaul, the engine is not starting. It only cranks but doesn't fire. I've checked the following DTC codes: Internal memory EEPROM error Low rail pressure The actual rail pressure data shows: 240 bar during cranking 61 bar when ignition is off Based on these findings, I suspect the following potential causes: =Defective Diesel High-Pressure Pump =Leaking Piezoelectric Injectors =Diesel Fuel Bypassing to the DPF Circuit =Faulty Injector Drivers I'm hoping for some expert advice to help diagnose and resolve this problem I'm seeking expert advice on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

      Hey guys, I’m wanting to disconnect my current winch, lightbar and UHF as I have new plans. I’ve installed a winch previously on another car so I get it’s a case of following the cables and disconnecting from the battery, etc but but safety wise, should I start by disconnecting the battery so the cables aren’t live orrrr? And if so how do it go this haha?

      Snapping wheel and axle studs

      Put a set of standard wheels on it and your problem will disappear. It is critical that the hole in the wheel centre is a snug fit on the axle boss (without wheel nuts fitted). If your wheels are sloppy on the axle boss this allows excess force on your wheel studs and they will break, as yours are doing. If you are unsure of what to do, go to a reputable tyre shop and get assistance.

      2zz idle / roughness when accelerating past 3k

      Hey everyone was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction with this issue I've been facing for a while now. My Celica's idle will drop down to almost 200rpm when stationery after hitting operating temperature. Pretty much feels like it's about to stall out but never actually does. When taking off from a set of lights it almost feels like it hesitates or is down on power and then all of a sudden it lurches forward and gets a boost in power again. Then again around 1,500-3,000rpm it feels down on power and in what I can only describe in the engine feeling scratchy. Past 3,000 rpm it gets a little boost in power again but still definitely feels down on power compared to what it used to be and still has that roughness. Note lift is also not working at the moment but I have changed the lift bolts, planning on cleaning the VVT and VVTL-i OCV's New engine mounts have been installed I changed the MAF sensor about 4 years ago albeit not OEM. After doing some research my main ideas now would be a New MAF this time OEM, TPS, IACV or Coil Packs (Changed plugs 50,000km ago) Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! :)
