Exactly the same as any other CAI. Go to the workshop section and find the one for the TRD CAI.

Hey mate,

i am actually installing mine tomorrow. What im planning to do is take many photos of all the tricky places n try to post a step by step install specifically for the CES CAI where others who have done it can also contribute.

So ill try posting something up before the weekend if mine is done tomorrow.

as and1 said, it cant be much different from any other cai for the same car...

might be a better fit than the trd one cuz its made for the sportivo and not the xrs.

i had a bit of trouble installing mine but now its snug in there now :)

btw, make sure u keep the battery charging as your radio may lock up.

You can use a battery charger to the terminals b4 removing the battery, keeping a constant charge

should be a guide on here.

it's easy as! if you're not that handy im sure you can do it with the guide.

remove battery

remove the airbox. remove snorkel and electrical attachments. unplug the vacuum hoses

be careful when removing the maf sensor so that you dont damage it.

now maneuver the cai in, under the fuse box, down into the hole behind the foglight. you'll see clearly where the brackets on the ces cai will line up so pop them in loosely with supplied rubber things.

get your silicone thingie on with the clamps and line it up and on the throttle body. when everythings ok, tighten everything up! put in maf sensor/electrical attachments/vacuum hoses.

remove the bottom splash plastic thingy so you can get access to put your pod on

if you want you remove your front bar to make things easier you can, but you dont have to!

took me about an hour to do on my sportivo

you should of got some install pics from ces if you bought it new

goodluck!

i completely removed the VSV assembly seeing as it wasn't needed. if you leave it on, you may hear a clicking sound inside the car, that actually isn't audible outside the car.

I'm not sure if any of you guys took pictures but when i do mine i will host them and maybe we can write a guide and include the pictures.

The only diff , mine will be for Preface Sportivo and i understand that is slightly easier to do..
