I am after some information on the Totota 2RZ [sOHC] engine.

What vehicles and years was it fitted to?

Thanks.

Corolla52 - what you're asking is obviously very specific information that it's extremely unlikely anyone will know off the top of their head, hence they'd have to research it FOR you to get an answer.

Use some common sense. You've got 3 posts which means you've essentially come on here, haven't contributed and already expect everyone to do your work for you.

BTW welcome to the forum - now wise the **** up

I have done research myself and could not find any info so I thought I would ask

people I thought would know, only to find a very sarcastic and unfriendly Forum.

I am on other forums a contribute to all of them as I WOULD HAVE WITH THIS FORUM,

but if this is the standard of answers I will not be having anything to do with this

forum. You should make people welcome and NOT p*** them off and tell them to **** up.

Just for reference, out of the models stated on Wikipedia that have the 2RZ-FE (DOHC) engine, it was the Hiace from the years specified that had the 2ZR / 2ZR-E engine in it.

Edit: Well, guess I didn't really need to say that. Looks like he is 'finished'. That was a little harsh, but in all honesty though, the answer can be found in research.

We, have this engine in one of our cars ;). Over 406,000KM and still going strong even after a rebuild and running on LPG and petrol most of its life.
