Celica exhaust

Hello ive been all over google and cannot find any help,i need to know the differenve between the toyota celica gt gts and my 2001 toyota celica sx becaise i want to buy a Catback exhaust sytem for it but the problem is the exhaust i want is made for 2000+ toyota celica gt or gts and i dont know wether it will fit my sx because i thought the gt gts models were just an american model type the link to the exhaust is this if it helps

Hey Bud

GT = 1zz celica

GTS = 2zz celica

You want to buy the GTS part as they will probably use a larger diameter pipe to accommodate the higher exhaust flow of the 2zz engine.

As for it fitting they look as though they would buy buyer beware I guess.

Also these systems are not genuine cat back systems - they are axle back systems. For $500-$600 you would be able to get an exhaust shop to knock up a 2.5 inch ss mandrel bet system no worries. This is probably your best option.
