i have the injen CAI atm. i wheel spin in 1st gear when it hits lift now lol. that could never be achieved with the TRD cai. bang for your buck and gives you gains. u need a good pod too. no use getting a good cai with a sh#tty pod. i recommend 3A racing pod or the injen pod that comes with the cai. some people have trouble fitting the injen pod as its long though...

CES CAI is made to fit the AUDM corolla with the 2ZZ. Comes with K&N filter and clears the fog light in the inner guard. CAI pipe is thermal coated to help reduce heat transfer as well. Dyno figures when tested yielded higher gains than TRD which showed slightly higher gains than Injen. Cannot remember figures as this was 8 years ago that I helped develop this CAI.

Most of the other CAI's are not designed to fit our model Corolla's hence they are hard to fit and require some modifications to work successfully. The rubber elbow for the CAI - throttle body connection is industrial grade and wont split and crack like the TRD ones do.

There is a big difference in the price to. CES $512 and Injen $350. Gain over price doesn't seem worth it.

Dude, there was a CES intake on your car when I sold it? I get the feeling someone at the dealer you bought it from may have made it their own . . .

There seems to be alot missing from the car from the time you sold it to when I got it. If only I got it from you when you were selling it on here.

If u trade a car in at a new car department at the dealer, good chance is they won't look at it or know what their looking at, send the car to the service department for the guys there to check it over, 100 point safety, oil change and it goes straight to used car department for resale

If its a bad car they will wholesale it

I work in the service department

Let me tell you before it goes to used car department, if it has an aftermarket sub, or cai, or anything like that good chance it won't leave the service department with those parts but stock parts, and those extra parts go straight into my toolbox..

What guy would buy a used car with a cai? For his family car ?
