So they are Koya AE-TEK wheels 15x8 +15 all round.

There also pretty light as well :D

Now i just need tyres and should be all good. Any recommendations on which tyres to get?

Thanks

Nice rims!! :D

IMO bang for buck is kumho ku31 195/50/15 ;)

Can't wait to see it once its rolling

Posted

Thanks bud!!

Yeah I've heard good things about those tires. I've seen them for cheap as well.

Will the 195 have a little stretch on the 8's? :)

Posted

Yeah they will stretch a tad but not enough to be dangerous. They will help tuck under your guards with a 195

Posted

Yeah that's what I need lol

I need to drop the back more to make it level before I get these fitted and to roll the guards.

I also need rear camber bolts aswell. I no whiteline have them for like 90 bucks or something and i asked pedders as well and they want 200 for the whole kit, i was like yeah no worries. Do you know if theres any cheaper ones around?

Posted

ebay has some or ask around if there are any second hand off of twincam.org.au

Posted

Sick thanks for that mate. I'll have look around now

:)

I can't remember from memory but is the rear bolts a 15 or 17. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm to lazy to check lol :P

Posted

I think the rears are a 17 if memory serves me right. 15mm is a pretty rare size for a bolt ive found...

Posted

Lol yeah my bad, there 17 I was bothered to check haha

Btw do you still have that $10 strut brace? :P Lol

Posted

I know its in the shed somewhere, just cant find it LOL

Posted

hahaha all good ill take it off ya when you find it :)

Posted

faarrkkkk dude those wheels look sooo good :) cant wait to see them on the car :)

Posted

thanks man :)

lol all i no is that im going to get defected hard. i just need to lower the rear more and should be good before i flare the guards!

i was thinking about painting the spokes black and leaving the dish as it is. but we will see :) lol

Posted

nah man its just a corolla ;) haha u deffs need more low but.. i reckon if u paint the centre gloss black or like a grey colour it will look siick

Posted
